More than a bank and ATM, there's a coffee shop and free co-working space inside. Possibly because I'm not from the US, but I found the staff didn't give me the hard sell for their banking services.

Jeremy, Jason, Orlando my goodness you sure do know how to make people feel special. Even the baristas who customized my coffee. This always makes me happy to be a capital one member!

Been with Capitol One for a while and they have always been respectful, helpful, and keeping me updated with anything money wise and my credit.
