Let's talk about Chris and his amazing customer care. My attitude wasn't the best after getting the run around from other pharmacy. But Chris kept it nice and professional he didn't let my bad day become his instead he soften my heart by his response. I love capsule pharmacy. I'm only leaving because of Donald Trump i no longer qualify for my insurance .

I have had a very bad experience with Capsule. My doctor sent over a prescription to be filled yesterday, Saturday. I was told that there are no deliveries available until Monday. The pharmacy was closed before I could get there. I called today to find out when I could pick my prescriptions up. The operator told me that they could squeeze in a delivery today between 12 and 3. Good news! I waited until 4 to call, thinking that the delivery was late. I am told that there is no delivery. Capsule was closing before I could get there. Earliest delivery is Monday 11 -2, I teach a course at Austin Community College on Monday from 9 -1. I have an appointment at 1:50. Deliveries usually reach me at the end of the time period. I cannot be home.
I am hoping to get a delivery later in the day. One prescription is for pain. I really did not want to experience another day and night in pain.
Information I received from Capsule was not accurate. If I had known my Prescription would not be delivered, I would have transferred it to a pharmacy closer to home or picked it up
Despite lots of over the counter pain medication and a pain patch. pain is coming back. I am on for another night and day in pain. This was not necessary.
Shame on Capsule
I cannot reach the clinic where I was seen to transfer the Prescription to another pharmacy. I have to call the number for Harbor Health and they will not put my call through to the clinic and doctor
I am left with no medication

Capsule pulls through every time. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had CVS call to tell me a prescription is out of stock, but Capsule never seems to have an issue. They’ve even helped me out when I knew a prescription was changing soon and I didn’t need a full three month supply, so they did a one month supply instead. Also, their delivery drivers are always super friendly. Highly recommend. 👍🏼

This was a rather easy, fast service to switch over to from my previous pharmacist. Delivery was quick -- the driver was very professional and nice. I also managed to save some money on my prescription, which really helps out nowadays.

Great service; very accomodating. They deliver for free on time and their customer service is remarkable. I missed the text from my courier so I didn't get my delivery and they rerouted the delivery person so I could still get my meds that night. Can't recommend this pharmacy enough.

You guys are terrific! Thank you so much for speeding up my delivery by a day. I've been sleeping downstairs for four days so I don't keep my wife awake all night with my coughing. I can't wait to get back into my bed. 😊

Worst service by Capsule. I texted at 5 PM and only got a reply after 3 hours. My dentist prescribed medicines yesterday, and I am still in pain. In the morning, I was told the prescription would be ready in 2 hours, but by 3 PM nothing was delivered. This is unacceptable. Patients needing urgent medication are left waiting with no support. Truly the worst service.

I was promised same day delivery for a prescription from Teladoc, which was sent at 2:00pm. No communication from Capsule, and they closed at 6pm with no delivery even attempted. Absolute joke of a pharmacy and I regret trying them out. I can’t imagine I’ll get my prescription tomorrow either considering it’s a Saturday.

Tried using them for the first time for my daughter and they stayed they would be in touch in an hour to get everything sorted, 4 hours later I called them since we hadnt heard anything. The lady I spoke with was nice but stated there must’ve been a glitch and she needed a pharmacist to process the order which should only take another hour. It has been 14 hours since the last call and even after trying to call back (with no answer) we still have nothing. So we just moved back over to our regular pharmacy.
