I needed a prescription and their automated messaging said they would update me in 1-2 hours. 3 hours later I texted back and they said they were closed. It hurts when I breathe and hurts worse when I cough. They should have said they were closed. Tech bros trying to disrupt another industry with shady service. My hate is deep. If I ever find the CEO IMGOING TO THROW A DRINK IN THEIR FACE

Capsules service and app are fantastic - I’ve always had a good experience with chat support and their app. Way better than Walgreens, CVS, etc. My issues with them are more that it’s just not convenient to have to be at home or outside of meetings for a 3 hour window - I found that undoable but some folks can if they work from home. Additionally, when I moved my meds to capsule (I have 3 prescriptions) - they all switched from a 90 day supply to a 30 day supply which was super frustrating. I’m unclear why that was the case, but I couldn’t receive 3 deliveries a month on different days (because I can’t bundle due to insurance). I also felt compelled to tip (feels rude not to even though not mandatory) so that cost me 15$ / month vs nothing at other pharmacies. I think capsule is great if you either have more schedule flex than me or can get meds less frequently.

As a Physician I have used capsule for my patients and they are seriously the most professional kind courteous service Ive encountered. Light years beyond the big name pharmacies I will not name. My patients are happy with them too. I use capsule personally and the delivery service is very convienient you can order pay and schedule a time through the app so you waste no time waiting on lines. You can upload insurance and chat with staff easily there as well. The customer service is so excellent

I went to the local mom-and-pop pharmacy in the 1980s with my grandfather. The service was super nice and friendly. Fast forward several decades, and going to a pharmacy is as pleasant as a trip to the dentist or DMV. Upon recommendation from my primary care physician, I gave Capsule a try. Their service reminds me of the old-school pharmacies that I thought were a thing of the past. Awesome, fast, and friendly customer service. They go above and beyond to work with your doctors to convert 30 scripts to 90-day scripts which saves me out-of-pocket expenses. Also, they deliver right to your door.

Capsule is the way to go! It's ingenious - getting medications delivered to your door for free, same day, by a courteous courier, and then Capsule texts you that they love you, and a knowledgable pharmacist offers you thorough information on the medication and is available by text to answer your questions! This has been my experience using capsule for the last year or so. At one point, I was living in another state for 6 weeks, and the efficient assistance getting me transferred to another pharmacy temporarily and then back to Capsule was a lifesaver. We all know the nervous feelings that arise when you are unsure if you'll run out of medication before the next refill. That worry is obliterated when you make Capsule your main pharmacy. Also, they'll deliver up to 9 pm at night, which is later than any traditional pharmacy. Another positive experience I had was when I needed a medication refilled sooner than the doctor had prescribed (due to skipping placebo pills on birth control pack). They texted me back almost immediately and my medication was ready to 'add to bag' in order to schedule delivery. Go Capsule; I love you! haha

I have had nothing but a great experience with Capsule! I have a free voucher to get a Libre3 sensor to check my sugar levels for my diabetes. They went above and beyond to get it applied to my prescription. Thank you again for all that you have done!

Super smooth and easy experience from getting your prescription ordered to fast delivery. The text messages and easy app interface create a really transparent and simple experience. It's awesome not having to go to the pharmacy!

ALERT: this was anything but a hassle-free experience, and still ended up having to go pick up my prescriptions from Walgreens.I have a super terrible eye infection. I called the Teladoc yesterday, got prescribed some antibiotics at 7AM, was given the option to use Capsule for “free same-day delivery.” Sounds great, right? WRONG.My expected delivery for the prescriptions was then given as the next day between 2PM-5PM. So for starters, that’s not same-day. Nonetheless, I accepted it and scheduled my entire day to make sure I was home from 2PM-5PM.What do you know 4:45 rolls around and didn’t hear anything and had a meeting to be at by 5:15 (needed to leave the house at 5:05 at the latest). Texted their support, was then given an eta of 5:10. Waited until 5:10, no show. Was then given an ETA of 5:20. Already had to leave my house, and still no show by 5:20. Also keep in mind, someone has to be there to sign for the meds. Was already late to my meeting and then was given an ETA of 5:35. They ended up not being able to deliver them since I wasn’t home. So I then had to request them to send it to my pharmacy (which makes this whole process pointless because I could’ve done that yesterday and gotten the meds day of and not been in excruciating pain for two full days). They tell me they sent it to the pharmacy and to call them for an ETA. Call my pharmacy…they didn’t receive any prescriptions. Go back to Capsule support and tell them. They said okay we’ll send them again. I said please then call and make sure they get it.They send it again and call and then tell me the pharmacy has it. I text back asking for an ETA, no response. Text back explaining the experience and apologizing for my tone. No response. Then text them saying I now have to go pay at the pharmacy, may I please have a refund. No response.Finally call them and ask for a refund and the support agent says “maybe you’ll see it in 5 days.”Long story short, do not use them and absolutely do not use them if you have an urgent medical issue.

Transferred my RX when I backed out of the process. I received a text stating that they needed my insurance information before they could proceed and I did nothing further, as I wasn't comfortable with the process, it seemed unusual. Suddenly, they transferred my RX and hit my insurance for verification.The process is very misleading if you don't want to follow through. If you give your name and your RX name, suddenly you have given full permission (without digital signatures) to hit your insurance and contact your Doctor.They also sent several text messages to me to argue that they were able to reach out, get medical info and insurance verification without full release and authorization from me.

Spoke to Denise today who did state she worked remotely from Jersey I believe or around that area… not only did she help answer all my questions and change my insurance for all my kiddos, but took the time finding the easier ways to handle the dual insurances and get my copays adjusted properly as I’ve had trouble with before! AND very personable, relatable and KIND! Wish I could deal with more customer service reps like her! Thanks Denise! ?

Fantastic service. We love getting pharmaceutical bundles of joy from Capsule ?. Great to deal with and much better than normal retail pharmacies. I love the way as a family we can bundle our orders and deliveries together - makes life much easier, and the team are always quick to respond when we reach out by message. We love capsule’s service.A couple of things they could make even better - being able to consolidate separately placed orders without messaging. Also - it would be nice to see them participate in a discount scheme like Good RX, as when it’s an item not placed through insurance it works out significantly cheaper to transfer them out to other retail pharmacies.

I really love the service provided by Capsule. They made my journey of getting prescription really easy. The hassle free home delivery, making sure the delivery is received by correct person and mainly updating every detail through messages.
