Let me preface this with the fact that this review may only apply to commercial vehicle purchases from CarMax. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH IT.
We found a vehicle and had all the corporate documents ready. Then the “glitches” started. If you wire the funds it may take 3-5 days before the funds clear so the car can’t be released until that happens. Then once I resigned myself to that, I asked if the car could be delivered. I was told yes, but later told “no”. Then I asked if I could send someone to pick it up on my behalf when the funds cleared. I was told no. I would have to come personally and sign the title change paperwork in person. Then I asked for the MaxCare extended warranty and was told because it is a commercial purchase they could not add it. I wasted 3 hours in the store and did not walk out with a car, plus I still have to come back in a few days to pick up the car and sign one more form!

I scheduled an appointment online to get my car appraised and when I showed up for the appointment, they said they only do online appraisals. I spent hours washing my car and drove 30 minutes up here for nothing.

I was in there this morning my sales person was named Jack Tucker. He helped me understand everything I needed to know about buying the car. He also helped me connect my phone to my new car also before I drove off. I am very pleased with this place and my sales person. Thank you so much CarMax 😄

They have a variety of car models with many different flexible prices to suit the customer's financial situation. To ensure that customers feel comfortable during the test drive, customers are allowed to test the vehicle without a supervisor nearby.
The big problem here, however, is that the staff works quite slowly. Even after we made an appointment, we still had to wait almost 40 minutes for someone to greet us. This really surprised us because in Germany this has never happened before when you use any kind of service if you have an appointment in advance. This is really something that should be improved or if this is the working style in two different countries between Germany and USA then I sincerely apologize for the comments based on my personal experience.
But we still bought a car that we thought was suitable and met our needs. I am willing to introduce my friends to come here to know more about a car and buy it if anyone wants to buy a car.
