This location must love getting sued.... I recently purchased a vehicle and next thing I know, they sent me a repossession letter saying that I didn't fulfill my legal obligations, etc, etc. Well, in human speak; they are claiming that they cannot verify my employment (which is absurd) and want to repossess my vehicle. A fun game of you bring your lawyer and I'll bring mine. And I don't think you're going to win.

I have purchased three vehicles from here, a Lincoln, Audi, and Mercedes. All of the vehicles have been good to us so far. They do their best to get you in and out but expect to spend at least 3 to 4 hours during this process. The salesman/women have all been super helpful. We have had some small issues and we did purchase the MaxCare so the issues were taken care of not quickly, but they were taken care of.

I normally like to experience a place a few times before giving a five star but to be honest, I don't wanna wait till I go back to Carmax which is scheduled later this week. First of all, I want to share with you when I walked in to Carmax. It was very open door friendly . It was not the typical dealership that I've been associated with for the last eight years and now looking to transition into a new vehicle. I had not done a lot of research, but I knew I needed to do some work and get into the dealership was on my list today. When I walked in at the front desk, the lady was very helpful and informative on how the process works. She shared that it would be about an hour away, so I told her what I was looking for and she directed me to the walk area for the style of cards that I was looking for. I was so excited to see that I had so much walking to do in so many choices. The price ranges on the vehicles were quite flexible, and I would consider given the dealership a try. Sometimes we go into our car dealerships with certain expectations and pre-consumed experiences that have continued, but I would tell you that at Carmax they are so different. I had an amazing time with my representative which is named Brandon. He made me feel comfortable. he really asked good questions to confirm what I really wanted. We finalize what we were going to do and we moved forward with the process looking to find the right vehicle, I did a few test drives where they allow you to drive around for 20 minutes and test the car out yourself. That was a great experience because you technically chauffeuring someone that is a stranger in a un purchased car and you not able to be yourself. I drive alone quite a bit so I had the opportunity to play some music and park. Pull over and get on the freeway. Did a turnaround back-and-forth on 35 highway. I was test driving the vehicles, Brandon continue to work to find the right car in the right price range and the ability to transfer cars from one area to another In Texas. I'm sure that's probably nationwide as well but we did not need to discuss it because we found what we needed in Houston. I look forward to finalizing my paperwork this week with Carmax and I'm excited about the great coverage that I have and protection in buying this new car. Lastly, I'll say that I just really enjoyed my day at Carmax, yes, I was there for a few hours, but my time was well spent and I appreciate the quality and care in the service that I received from Brandon. There were also quite a few gentlemen that helped during the process when needed and I appreciate the staff overall how they worked as a team to assure that what I needed it was provided by Brandon's colleagues.

Best places to buy a used car, 30 days return policy and 90 days warranty you cannot beat that, I can attest they honor that I already brought my Jeep a few times for some repairs ans $0 out of my pocket.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with car maintenance. First they sent my car to the incorrect shop for a minor AC issue, then they got my car mixed with another car and sent it to a shop for the incorrect thing. They towed it across town twice and didn’t know where it was or when they could get it back to me. Specifically Tristen and Oscar at this location being the most incompetent, DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR.

Sold my truck here. Got an appraisal online, they confirmed the truck was in the condition I reported for the online appraisal, and handed me a check for the appraised value, no further questions asked. If you still owe on your vehicle, still super easy. They’ll pay you whatever the positive equity amount is.

PRISTINE customer service. I helped my uncle who only speaks Korean return his vehicle that he had purchased a few days ago as he was having some issues, and the sales team was the most cooperative I have ever experienced, and I sell cars myself. Brandon in specific was extremely kind and understanding, and even APOLOGIZED for giving us a bad car, like how could he have known, he didn't even sell it to us! They issued a full refund, and didn't make any fuss whatsoever about it. I was really taken aback by how kind everyone treated us, and the process was incredibly short and smooth. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to buy or sell a vehicle as they take very good care of you and abide by their policies. Truly wonderful experience, and hats off to Brandon for his kindness and good work, he's the man.

Extremely disappointed.Shipped a car to this location, but they forgot to send the title. Could take more than a month. So frustrated.Added one star because they refunded the shipping cost.
