God forbid you get Pam. The owner is always so so kind - shame he hired such an unfriendly and unconscious employee. I’ve had to reschedule installation twice due to flying overseas to be with my dad during a heart procedure and she replied saying ‘there’s always something’. Amazing service! It was overall a small job for which we only needed an installer, no purchase of flooring. Mike was more than happy to still help us out in our situation. The installer was professional, fast, and accurate! The installer made sure we were happy with the results before he left and cleaned up any mess he made. Mike even checked in to ask how things were going. I feel like we got more than paid for. This is what customer service should be!

Save yourself a lot of time. Go straight to Carpets by Conrad and do not spend any time shopping around. Mike is the Sales Manager and he is one of the most customer-oriented, professional, and knowledgeable people I have ever met. All he wants to do is to be certain you get the flooring that you want and need and that it is installed in a timely and professional manner. Mike spends time with you to explain options and to assure you make the best choice. Additionally, the installation team is outstanding and professional. Would give more than 5 stars if there were more to give!

We recently, June 3023, had Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring installed in our entire first floor. The flooring looks amazing! Carpets by Conrad installed the flooring and baseboards in two days. Their service was professional in every way! Jess was amazing as well with personalized professional service. She went the extra step to help me make decisions! Thank you all! These folks are great!! I enjoyed an informative, no stress shopping experience in the store, excellent customer service by Mike, and superb installation service by the team. There is no disconnect between sales and installation like many companies. What they say is what they do. I wish I had the old carpet pulled up many years ago!!

I had my carpet replaced a few days ago and the process was surprisingly simple. Tess of Conrad was so helpful and knowledgeable about the different options that would best met my situation. The install took less then 6 hours! Thank you Carpets by Conrad.

We could not be happier with our flooring job just done by the folks at Carpets by Conrad. We had both carpet and LVP installed in the house. Mike was great, very helpful in the selection and scheduling process, and Roberto did a fantastic job on the install, all done on time and schedule. We are so pleased with the results, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for carpet, vinyl plank, etc.

Excellent customer service! Responsive and knowledgeable staff. Specifically recommend working with Mike. Worked with Mike on an estimate project with a handful of carpets brands and types I was interested in. After getting convoluted and conflicted information from several other businesses, or simply not hearing back, Mike spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me and explained more about the carpet options and costs I was looking at than I had gained from about half dozen other places I had talked to previously. Hands down best customer service and knowledgeable staff I have worked with on this project.

I really enjoyed working with Tess. She's very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. She answered all of my questions and was very patient throughout the process. The installers did a great job. The new carpet looks amazing.
