My truck was hit by someone, and they were the only place that would fix a truck older than 20 years. James and his staff were very detailed and thorough. Even though the insurance company didn't want to pay for everything that was needed, James stepped up and fixed it. They are awesome. I highly recommend them.

Had a little rear end bendage so I enlisted the folks at Carter P&B to get me rolling again. They worked tirelessly to connect the dots between me and USAA to correct the damage. Their staff was highly professional and provided prompt service. If you find yourself in similar straights you could do much worse than to give them a try. Supper friendly and conveniently located in Cedar Park by 620.

We went to one of the huge body shops who treated us as "just another customer" and quoted astronomical prices. This was an out of pocket repair, not insurance. So we went to Carter Paint & Body. We scheduled our estimate, got it done, then delivered our car at the appointed time for repairs. They charged a quarter the price and did a super job. They didn't tack on the many charges the large shops did, such as COVID cleaning. Really!! We highly recommend them.

Great job! Great crew!I got my vehicle back after they fixed trim and body work. They did a great job, I love it! It is just like when it was new. They went the extra mile and also cleaned it up inside. I will take everything to them! A very capable and trusted business!!!

Went for a quote literally months ago. They looked at our vehicle and said -oh we'll email the quote to you asap. Waited about 2 weeks, then it's- oh we've been having phone and internet issues. That was it. Never heard another peep.So yeah, they sound very reliable! Best of luck to anyone that tries them out. You may be wasting a trip and time.

Went for an estimate and they said I needed an appointment. I made the appointment and showed up early. The entire appointment was completed before my scheduled time, there wasn’t heavy damage just some dings. They never sent me an estimate after 3 days. I even called the day after the appointment about the estimate and a lady said it could be up to 48 hours. Carter’s paint and body completely wasted my time. I guess the dings weren’t enough to make money off of. Why do paintless dent repair?

Unless you have an insurance claim these people don't have time for your car. I guess they can scam more money off the insurance company than with a regular customer. General Manager is totally incompetent in running a business focused on customers.

I love my truck...So when it was run into recently, needless to say, I was sad. After talking to my insurance adjuster, I did a little research and found Carter Paint & Body to be both near my home and highly reputable.I couldn't be happier with the service and the work done to my Ram 1500. It looks better than new and everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. And it was clear to me that James is someone who cares deeply about the quality of his work.Thanks to everyone at Carter Paint & Body, I still love my truck.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. They have the absolute worst customer service! Owner and wife are both very rude! I took a car in to get the back bumper fixed. First of all, the turn around time was double what I was told. I chose this company because they said it would be quick, but it definitely was not. Second of all, the back bumper ended up having some marks and chips. Lastly and most importantly, I was quoted a price and when I arrived I was told that it was going to be $250 more than what I was originally told. I contested it. The wife told me she called me and left me a message. I asked if she could show me that she called because I showed her my phone and there was no missed call or voicemail. I told her to please show me their call log because I never got one. She said that she couldn’t do that because they apparently don’t have one?? She told me that I had to pay the new amount or I wouldn’t be given my keys back. I talked to the owner and told him what was going on. He basically called me a liar and that his wife wouldn’t lie about giving me a call. I then insisted on him showing me proof. At the end, he seemed like he was starting to be nice. He said that he would look into the information. He called me and asked for a record of all of my calls to and from the body shop and I did. He said he would call me back. I assumed he was looking into the call log. He NEVER called me back. This is not how one should do business.Services: Body & Trim

Had a positive experience here. I've had my jeep back for a week after being in Carter's for a month! The insurance company was slow to get their estimates due to covid/short staffed, who knows...and after waiting for parts to come in James ,Steve and the guys and gals there were on top of getting my jeep taken care of. Excellent detailing job when I picked it up the weekend before labor day!!! I was so happy and satisfied with their service! Would highly recommend body work here.Thanks to the entire Carter's body shop for making my jeep sooo beautiful again!!
