SCAM ALERT!!!
An associate at this location helped me place an online order since they didn’t have what I needed in stock, despite the website saying they did. The order was placed on Sept 28, and I was told it would be delivered between Oct 4- Oct 7 latest. It is now Oct 15 and I have not received my item. I also never received an email confirmation. When I contacted the general customer service number, they were able to confirm that my email address and mailing address were correct, but they couldn’t locate the package or even see if it was shipped. They refused to cancel the order or give me a refund and said they’d “get back to me shortly” after they investigate what happened. I ended up just having to file a dispute with my bank in order to get my money back.
This company is terrible and straight up scammed me. I don’t recommend anyone purchasing Carter’s items unless it is at a third party store like Target or Kohl’s where the customer service is actually decent in case there are any issues. Clearly Carter’s is a very flawed company who doesn’t properly train their associates, both their in store and online teams.

I love the store, the prices and the clothes are good quality. I have been buying beautiful clothes for my daughters for over nine years, the store is clean and I love using my credit card here my only complaint is that the Staff will call you Her name “Emy” was rude to me. There were five minutes left before closing and I went in because the door was open. I wanted to see if they already had winter clothes and that woman asked me, What are you looking for? It's almost closed.
Before I could respond he told me to shut up with gestures and hurried me to leave.
Another day I returned and I felt pressured by her to pay when I still hadn't found everything I was looking for.
That girl's attitude makes me feel very uncomfortable.
From now on I'd better drive to Sunset Valley, even if it's further away I won't return to this store.

I like shopping here. I buy lots of things for my toddler. I don't understand why Yelp says they are open till 9 M-F. I just drove there (7:45) and it was closed. It's easy to change hours on Yelp so you don't make customers drive over for nothing.

Store is clean staff is always friendly. I do how ever find that they have better sales online then in the stores.
