New Braunfels Location is awesome! The manager Jacob has the place running great. In fact I go by there often and he is always there. If I owned a business like Casa I want Jacob to run it. You are fortunate to have him employed!

Started getting not so great experiences in what used to be my favorite place. The order was missing several items. Took picture and kept receipt. Mgr and coworker refused to provide a meal replacement with the correct foods. Very rude. The worker gave inaccurate information.

Nepotism will ruin any company over time. Stop hiring people based on familial relationship and start hiring based on experience. You left a young inept person in charge of your busiest location on a Sunday. One small thing went wrong and the entire restaurant fell apart. William Cannon location by the way.
