Super welcoming, sparkling clean, great classroom offerings, new or well maintained equipment. Kelly, the instructor, did a great job!

Amazing gym and definitely worth the cost! It's larger than it appears on the outside. Once you enter, there are lots of different rooms for classes, a room for treadmills, a room for 4 squat racks, the gym near the entrance area, and an outside area for workouts.Friendly staff and class instructors are great. There are classes all throughout the day, including the evenings. The Castle Hill Fitness Mobile app makes it easy to search for and book classes.I never thought I would pay $118/month for a gym membership, but I really like this place. Good vibes and friendly people. Plus, I like supporting an independent business rather than some chain gym.One area that could use improvement is the free weight area. It's a very small area. It can fit at most 3 people.Luckily, they do allow you to take the weights to the outside area nearby.Their gift shop next door is leaving, so maybe they could use that space for another free weight area? Just an idea.Anyways, all in all, a great gym! Sadly, I'm moving away so I had to cancel. But hopefully I can be back some day.

There's definitely a reason this place has so many positive ratings. From friendly staff to clean facilities to all the equipment you could possibly need, this place has it all. There are also a ton of classes to chose from, and a spa center to boot! The location is also nice as it's right next to a soup peddler, so if you're looking for a smoothie snack after a workout it's perfect. My only wishes for this place would be better parking availability, and perhaps some more affordable membership options.

I love their classes!! They have a massive variety of fun workouts and workshops. Great trainers and a super chill community. Joining this gym has been a transformation for me - not just physically but mentally too.

Way overpriced gym for what they offer. Small rooms, low ceiling, outdated equipment. There is YMCA gym 10 min drive with updated equipment and way more reasonable price + pool + non profit. Seriously, don't waste your money!

I do miss this Gym! It has everything you want as a gym, not crowded, clean, no weird people in the gym , and all staffs are so nice and helpful! However, due to my relocation I have to move out of Austin. I hope I could come back and visit the gym someday.

Amazing Yoga Wall class with Gillian! I'm no expert at all, and Gillian makes you feel very welcome and so helpful in giving alternative options. Not judgementle at all (which has happened to me at other places). I can not say enough good things about Castle Hill. From the reception area, to the whole experience.

Best gym in Austin hands down. Best kept secret in my honest opinion. They also sell Braintree Nutrition products including Brain Water, which I highly recommend. Will change your life!

I've tried 3 different gyms in the Austin area. Planet Fitness up north, 24 Hour Fitness near Hancock, and the YMCA on Town Lake. I have also tried Orange Theory up in Mueller. The three gyms I have tried have been MISERABLE. Wait times for every machine, every bench, and every dumbbell. What could have been a 25 minute workout would take an hour, just because you'd have to sit there and suffer through the sheer amount of people. Orange Theory was fine, but soooo expensive.Castle Hill has allowed me to step into working out with some confidence. Confidence that I won't be judged, as the community is very peaceful, quiet and respectful. Confidence that I can workout on my schedule (in and out within an hour). Confidence that my money is not going to support some syndicated cesspool that doesn't take care of its patrons. Best of all, confidence that I am getting my money's worth! Now, it's expensive. There is no denying that. However, the full gym access plus unlimited classes is still almost $20 cheaper than just unlimited classes at a place like Orange Theory, which only offers a limited selection. This has been great for my girlfriend. All in all, I would recommend this to anyone who values a quiet, efficient, respectful and inclusive workout environment enough to front the costs. To me they have been beyond worth their weight.

FAVORITE GYM I'VE EVER HAD! This gym looks a lot smaller than it is... it's actually very large with an upstairs, backyard, spa, and several studio rooms. However, it still has the charm of a quaint mom and pop gym. I love getting greeting by the staff's friendly smiles, and Sam Boucher always happily/promptly helps me with my questions and requests. Also a big fan of the classes!

A great gym from all aspects, be it the trainers, the front desk staff, the spa service or the managers. A true pleasure to come and enjoy the perfect and immaculate facilities as well as the atmosphere. Never too busy, and during the pandemic the investment and care that was taken to assure the wellbeing and safety of the clients was exemplary.
