Caswell’s reservation system is busted. Twice this year I’ve had my reservation either shortened or cancelled.I gave them a chance but after the second mess-up, I’m probably done coming here.

I took my niece here since she was looking at apartments for college. She wanted some close tennis courts. The staff was nice and the courts were well lit at night. I feel that she will be safe here walking from her apartments to play. Lots off college kids walking around.

Conveniently located tennis courts. Tennis has gotten very popular lately so it can be hard to get a clinic or court slot. There's a bit of road noise sometimes, but it's not too loud. They have a small shop inside which offers you typical tennis gear and ball machine rentals.

Unfortunately giving a 1-star as we scheduled a private lesson with the pro John and he never showed up. Later said he couldn't get the key, but he only let us know hours after us texting him repeatedly and then giving up waiting on an empty court. This is a really well maintained site with great tournaments. But I'm not sure if I will be confident enough again to book lessons there...

Courts are decent, but the their reservation system and customer service is the worst. This has happened multiple times, where we book a specific court as early as possible. But then we get bumped into some other court at the last minute. Again, this was not because of a class or ball machine usage. This is simply because some customers have back door access to the system and people who book early are treated unfairly. As per the front desk, Director Lee himself changed our 9-10pm court reservation and gave it to another group.

I do not play tennis however from the many people I do know they speak quite well of the place and it does look like a nice decent court

Had a great experience with Kent who strung my racquet and educated me on how I could get into the Austin tennis community ?

Lovely courts. Can be tough to reserve a court at the times you want.

I would like to give 2 stars due to: 1.) the guy who answers the phone. He obviously hates taking reservations through the phone and 2.) the woman who runs the register (older lady, don't know her name), She is very unfriendly and acts like she is serving a sentence by working there. The people at Pharr are far nicer and make me feel more comfortable. As for the facility itself - there is so much loud traffic that I can barely hear my opponent calling out the score. But the courts are nice!

Courts are nice. Staff is nice. There's a practice wall by the entrance. Plenty of parking. Shoutout to Andy who is great!

Great place for tennis. High quality surface. Not too fast or slow. Can be hard to get courts. Get on line at 845 am and you may have a chance for 2 days later.
