Not too impressed. CB2 used to have cool odd things, stuff you wouldn't find anywhere else. Their inventory has changed. Like you would find skull shot glasses, or cool looking desk stuff, hour glass, etc. now it's more of very over priced furniture. Small selection of kitchen dish ware and glasses. I guess if you want more of a variety, you should shop at Crate & Barrel. When I walked in, I was greeted, but they certainly were not going out of their way to help me. I made my way around the store in minutes. Unimpressed.

This CB2 and the manager, Scott are phenomenal. He has gone out of his way to ensure we are taken care of multiple times now. Though this location is great, we have had multiple issues with the quality control of their products and unfortunately have decided to stop getting any furniture from them. Not worth the headache of so many redeliveries and returns.

There was a defect in the newly purchased product of the the Harper White Marble Table-Top, so I requested a return on the same day it was delivered. I requested a replacement the very same day and waited over 10 months.But after 10 months, CB2's answer is:We’re sorry; we are unable to fulfill your replacement order for the Harper White Marble Table-Top, as the item is no longer available.

We ordered a dining room table stand and it was absolutely terrible in fitment we got it for more than 50% off as a final sale so we aren't that bothered about it and can make it work. It is not the quality I would have expected from CB2. Also when we went to pick up the stand the warehouse was a hot mess. It was unorganized and everything was poorly stored and managed. Lastly, the store glasses were coated with dust. I think CB2 has lost it pizazz!

A genuine and absolute nightmare to deal with this company in any facet. Once an order is placed they will require you to be home to sign for delivery. 10000% of the time they will not show up with your item, it never fails. Funnier, they will send you multiple notifications about delivery status and arrival. But trust, IT WILL NOT SHOW UP. They have done this to me four times now, across four different purchases. It's a 100% delivery scam. You will end up having to physically track down your orders. Oh, and by the way. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT HELP OR RECONCILING. Do not be fooled.

Customer service is terrible each time I purchase from CB2, yet again today another bad experience while inquiring about my paid order. Hope someday they will learn to show little courtesy and patience to customers, and deal professionally.

I have ordered three items online. The first delivery after waiting months , the table was broken and said would have it replaced that week. Then they said would take two months after waiting two months, the next two deliveries were incorrect after waiting 5 months and then they lied about getting them right the next week.. then they did not bring them and said would be another month. If you looking for honesty , good service and promptness.. this is not the company to use

I just had a terrible experience at CB2 in the Domain. The manager was so condescending when we tried to return some very crappy, cheaply made wine glasses. She would not accept our return since we washed them. And therein lies the problem because we were so unhappy with how they washed up. I could understand the company policy with them being used, but the manager was so unhelpful and just rude. It is so sad that one person can represent a company as large as Crate and Barrell and give such a negative impression. I would not recommend this company ... I would prefer West Elm and their quality products.

Shopped here to get a full length mirror for my house. They had nothing in stock and asked me to lay in advance for an item they couldn't say when it would be available. Since my wife liked the product, we went ahead and paid for it.I got a message that my order is ready for pickup about a month later. But calling customer service, they told me the first available date to pickup is two weeks later!! To pickup the product by myself! If it isn't ready, then why text me?Every point on the journey seems to be designed to get you to choose delivery, which is super expensive. Very poor customer experience, will not be shopping here again.

The store manager was very impolite. It is 7:02pm and I know the store is closing but I just made an order in the store and we need to pick them up in the back and but I can't get in touch with my husband. While I was near the door, the staff (Anthony) was signaling me to go out the door and just tell me after I walked out: "you do know that the store is closing at 7pm right and closed the door on me". It would be juts nice to tell your customer something like: "we're sorry we're closed. Do you mind waiting outside?"

So far, they have been trying to ship my dining table 2 times over the past 5 months! damaged the table both times and offered no compensation! Just holding to ppl’s money and the rest is unknown!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company for buying Dining table . We have been given multiple different dates for delivery of table. every time we call we get different communication and a later date of delivery.This is for exchange of my damage table to new table Their customer service is very very very poor … from 1-10 I will give…. -1I have spent big amount of money on this store I got bad dining table cracking all over less then a yearI have been dealing with their customer serviceThe lady Katelyn was in customer service is no longer with CB2 she took care of meAfter she is gone I wrote few emails called the store no one wants to talk every time I call they say manager is not there. They never return my phone call ! I will not recommend anyone to shop thereThey charged me without notifying us but never delivered my table. and still yet no answers

It doesn't matter if their stuff is nice if they can't deliver. As others have said they have chronic and chaotic delivery problems. I've been waiting months for a desk and when finally scheduled they've canceled now *four* times, on the afternoon of the delivery day, because a part was missing.
