I generally don’t leave reviews but the crew from CTS that moved our HHGs were phenomenal- their attention to detail, professionalism, and utmost care for our goods was evident from the moment they arrived. Robert, Kendrick, Jayson, and Stephen are masters at their craft - and Mark was critical to keeping us informed of our delivery.

I was extremely pleased with Robert and Christina, the team that packed my apartment. I received a courtesy call 30 min prior to their arrival, they were nice, professional and courteous. I would absolutely hire this company for my next move.

I had an excellent experience working with Central Transportation Systems in Austin for my move. Robert, Christine, Terry, and Steven all arrived early and were extremely professional. The entire crew worked hard and paid excellent attention to detail. Great crew!

The folks at Central Transportation Systems Austin, TX are the best. Specifically Robert & Christine who helped with my move from San Francisco. They were punctual. Communication was great as they called ahead of time to give me a heads up on their ETA. Once they arrived, they worked quickly and efficiently to unload the truck while taking care not to damage my apartment or the items being moved. They were pleasant and and friendly. They went above and beyond my expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I had the pleasure of meeting Robert, Christine, Jayson, Stephen. They helped me move last minute and did a great job. They were effective and efficient! Lighting fast and very respectful and cordial ! My packing and loading was exceptional! They worked as a “team”, naturally moving to each step and quickly, accomplishing the job. I would use their services again! Definitely will recommend!!!

Rob and his crew moved my 4 bedroom home from a storage and I’ve never seen such attention to detail and meticulous wrapping of every item! Even boxes that I packed were checked and re-packaged and packed to ensure complete security of all of my belongings. They under promised and over delivered! I will 100% be using them when I move back to Austin! Thank you Rob, Christine, Kahlo, Terry and Curtís for an excellent job!

Robert, Stephen, and Mike were amazing on the destination side of my cross country move! They were timely, friendly, fast, efficient, and all of my belongings were handled with care. They made good recommendations and were perfectionists with assembly. They wouldn’t leave until I was sure everything was accounted for and in the right place. Highly recommend!

Y’all!!! I don’t even know where to start. My family just returned from an international move and moving back to the states has been a hectic process. This company was AMAZING and provided excellent service today. Robert, Stephen, and Terry- THANK YOU for really helping us to get settled again into our home. Y’all were kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. They were also fun to be around and really hard workers. They made sure that none of our items were damaged and didn’t scratch the walls, etc. We’ve experienced many moves and I wish each team was like this- total dream team!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I'm just wrapping up a great pack and load in CENTEX. Terry and Curtis were amazing as they worked through the Texas heat and ensured meticulous attention to detail on my belongings. I have no doubt that the my items will arrive at the distant end in perfect shape based on the care they took in packing and wrapping everything. I've moved several times over the years and both Terry and Curtis were the best I've worked with. Definitely ask for them if possible.

The packers were good and swift. Kitchen items were packed immaculately. As were most things. Only some random things (like books) that were smashed a bit on top of each other in boxes. But overall a great experience.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with any moving company in my time of service. Robert and his team were professional, on time, and extremely friendly. Robert was very clear with what they were doing, how they were going to do it and was able to answer all my questions during the process. Micheal and Stephen were fast and methodical when unloading the truck and work well as a team. I recommend this company and these movers to any military member or resident that is looking to have there house pack or unpacked. Thank you again Robert, Michael, and Stephen!
