We are all so pleased with the furniture we purchased from Chair King. Yvonne helped us with shy questions we had when it came to the furniture or the cushions. She patiently took the time to print out every set we liked. When we finally settled on a set we agreed on. The delivery setup was quick and easy. They dropped the furniture off with no issues and placed them where we wanted.

Across the board an amazing experience with Chair King at the 13945 N. Hwy. 183, Ste. D-100, Austin location!
From walking in the door Liana was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable in the pool loungers, umbrellas, and protection plans. With delivery timing my personal situation needed up delayed our delivery for travel reasons. She was super communicative and throughout the entire process. On a somewhat related sidenote, I’ve worked multiple customer service roles and can attest she is absolutely fantastic!!!
Last but not least, quality of all the products is exceptional. My pool architect shared feedback on various chair designs, including complaints of the loungers leaning too far. These chairs are angled just right with cup holders and cell phone holder! Also, the umbrella we purchased has noticeably more UV more protective than the one I bought on Amazon last year. Additionally reassuring!!
To reiterate, highly recommend Chair Kings a/ I had an amazing experience with them and Liana!! Thank you so much!!

Excellent quality, furniture and knowledgeable service. We purchased a Polywood outdoor table and chairs for 6. We are happy with the price. Looking forward to many years of maintenance free enjoyment. We are switching from Teak. Thank you, Yvonne!

I have been coming here for a few years now since we got our patio cleaned up and pool put in. Folks always have a smile, and nice way of giving you the information you are looking for. They have my historical purchases on hand and have helped me with replacement items over the years. Definitely worth your time to drop in.
