Huge thanks to men's department, sales person,Philip Lecaros. He helped my husband today with a suit and a few items that look awesome on him. Philip is not pushy. He listens well and acts quickly. He has an excellent ability to "read" people and super customer service skills.

Some sales associates here are great and some are utterly awful. My interaction with Dana L. in the shoe department was on the latter. Some customer service training is highly needed. Not friendly at all and made it seem like she was annoyed that I needed assistance. But hey if I was in my 30s and still working as a cashier I guess I wouldn't be happy either. Regardless, Nordstrom please train your employees better in customer service.

This location is not up to the standard I was expecting based on the domain location. Service was really spotty, and it was awkwardly difficult to get help in the kid's shoe section. What's the etiquette when the only employee is engrossed in their phone?We had a hard time finding the right sizes for my daughter, and the store felt more like a JC Penny than an upscale shop. Ultimately, this visit was pretty disappointing and we left empty-handed.

I loved Nordstrom, I loved the quick and easy pickup process & the staff was extremely helpful and very welcoming and always present and ready to assist. It's very open and easy to navigate too.

We all know Nordstrom is great. It's really this location that is struggling. I called the Nordstrom in North Austin to ask about a new handbag that has just come out. The person I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable, and able to tell me that they don't have any at their location, but the system shows there is one at Barton Creek. Fantastic interaction. No complaints with the Domain store at all. Before I make the drive to Barton Creek, I called to make sure it was truly there. I spoke with an operator and was transferred to handbags. No answer, funneled back to the operator. Transferred again. No answer, funneled back to the operator. This time transferred to accessories since it's nearby. No answer, funneled back to the operator. By my third time back with the operators, the operator got snippy with me. I guess he thought it was my fault no one was answering? He transferred me next to someone who said they were a manager for handbag. She was so unfamiliar with the products she is paid to sell, she didn't even recognize the (very well known) brand I was asking about, let alone the new line. I tried to help her find it by telling her what it was made of, but based on what she was picking up, thinking she had found the bag in question, it turns out the manager of handbags is just as unfamiliar with materials like nylon vs canvas vs leather as she is with well ...handbags. All in all, not the standard Nordstrom experience. Hopefully there is some additional training and support coming for this location because yikes.

They have a personal shopper available if you are shopping alone. Super costly, but i was billing someone else so I enjoyed the assisted shopping experience

This establishment is homophobic, i was in the dressing room trying on clothes that absolutely SNATCHED and when i came out they told me i cant use their dressing room. The lady in who told me though was really kind though she slayed and ate.

5 Star experience with ZOEY RODRIGUEZ in Dior Cosmetics today. I came in on a whim hoping someone in Dior could squeeze me in without an appointment and I met Zoey. She listened to my concerns, not "sales-y"and she genuinely cared about my goals and only suggested products she felt would get me to where I wanted to be (that included non-Dior products). I teared up a few times just from an overwhelming feeling of gratitude that she wanted to help me. Her demeanor is beyond professional and her colleagues in other departments were so fantastic. I can tell they all enjoy working together. A huge thank you to Kim in Channel as well. There was a time and point where Kim worked hard on my foundation and concealer. I ended up buying Dior, Channel, Nars and Charlotte Tilbury. I must have been there for a few hours. She never complained about a break and after all was said and done she took careful time putting her colleagues employee ID's in for the products they helped her with so they could get their commissions. Talk about true gem! She now has a client for life!!

I took my daughter dress shopping today. Was sort of dreading this as we completely struck out the last time we tried to find something. Pre-teen shopping for a dance had been rather tricky, finding that perfect balance between both kid and parent approved. Must have been our lucky day because the most wonderful salesperson helped us out today! Barb was absolutely amazing! She not only found the perfect dress, but also helped us with shoes and alterations. We will definitely ask for Barb at Nordstrom with our future shopping adventures.
