A business associate verbally told us he scheduled an appointment for Monday at 9am. We got there and they told us we don’t have an appointment and that the there’s no business associate to help us, since the other guy has an emergency. Two wasted trips.

Let first and for most start with the nasty attitudes these tellers have. You can most definitely tell they don’t like being there. Typical young, lack of professionalism and with high school diploma kind of people. And a very incompetent manager Veronica Arellano. I don’t ever recall ever seeing her when previous staff would print my checks without problem. Until this day I have not been shown a policy where you should deny that right to a client. It’s easy and simple as printing the document for the customer, who doesn’t have access to a printer for the sake of their convenience. I had to go above and beyond for something so simple that could have been handled at the branch. After my situation with 7th street branch, they made their own policy to never do that for a client when it’s common courtesy. I’m already debating switching banks for all the time wasted. These folks wasted an hour and 30 mins of my time not respecting my time whatsoever. Delayed my haircut appointment and lunch with my friend. Shame Chase hires people like this.. and quite frankly the horrible customer service reflects on this branch? 2.4 Score? What an embarrassment. Until Chase gets rid of the trash inside these branches. Customer service will never thrive.

I don't know why I won't just learn my lesson. The wait time at this location is ridiculous. 45 minutes is a normal wait time for just about anything.

I don't think it deserves a star. I came a week ago, they gave me the appointment and I arrived today and I don't appear in the system and they didn't want to assist me. I don't recommend this branch. The worst service.

the teller Andrea was absolutely hell to deal with. She gave me an incorrect amount of money back from a deposit/withdrawal and deposited my money in the wrong account AND said very inappropriate things infront of my children. SHE ALSO had a very strong aroma of Marijuana coming off her and her eyes were burnt RED

TERRIBLE! The employees pretend that you don't exist and wait for you to leave so they don't serve you. I have 2 accounts at Chase and in this branch I was unable to receive service in 2 attempts.

Incompetent branch. Two times used drive trough. First time, no cash in ATM.
Second time, few days later, ATM completely non responsive to touch then waiting minutes to finally give card back.
Get your s..t together Chase and show ownership as this is pathetic.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Rycebtge branch manger who went above and beyond and stayed pass closing time at the branch to ensure that she was able to help me and my husband with our needs. We had several concerns and she was able to answer all questions that we had concerns with. 10/10 I would recommend banking with Chase.

The worst branch. You need to wait for hours to see a teller and they all seem to be juniors in training. I certainly wouldn’t trust any of them with any type of investmentThey removed the ATMs from the outside and now they’re inside the bank, I wonder why

The atm machines can never accept deposits or are otherwise broken. There is always a line for the atm and the inside is closed. Avoid this chase at all costs

Came here to add an authorized user to my checking account 30 minutes before close. They told me they couldn't help me because it would take too long. It doesn't take 30 minutes to sign paperwork. Tons of employees in the back hanging out, I'm sure someone could have helped us. Terrible customer service. Not coming back here and will be moving to another bank.
