The worst branch. You need to wait for hours to see a teller and they all seem to be juniors in training. I certainly wouldn’t trust any of them with any type of investmentThey removed the ATMs from the outside and now they’re inside the bank, I wonder why

The atm machines can never accept deposits or are otherwise broken. There is always a line for the atm and the inside is closed. Avoid this chase at all costs

Came here to add an authorized user to my checking account 30 minutes before close. They told me they couldn't help me because it would take too long. It doesn't take 30 minutes to sign paperwork. Tons of employees in the back hanging out, I'm sure someone could have helped us. Terrible customer service. Not coming back here and will be moving to another bank.

Absolute worst experience in a bank to date. Worst customer service iv ever had, they had like 10 employees and only 2 of them were working the teller booth. Everyone else was just walking back and forth ignoring the line that was nearly out the door and just talking amongst themselves giggling. I stood in like for 20 min with Noone asking me why I was there. Will not be back to this location.

Sujaya has consistently been a beacon of excellence and professionalism. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of working with her, and it's her dedication and commitment that make all the difference. Her ability to resolve issues with just a couple of phone calls is truly commendable. This means taking a problem that I have, and bringing it to the finish line and solving the problem in record time. She also is an amazing listener and considers all factors (existing equity, timeline constraints, current products Chase has to offer). Not once has she mentioned "this is not my job/area". She owns all problems and solves them. Without Sujaya's exceptional service and genuine care, I might have reconsidered my banking options (outside of Chase). She truly goes above and beyond in everything she does, and I'm grateful for her unwavering support.

I've been a member of this bank for over 20 years. The phone app works great and the online website is perfect. The customer service is usually great at their banks. The main problem and the reason for one star is that their Atms are constantly breaking down and they either don't work because they are out of order almost every single weekend, or they are extremely slow whenever they do work.

Waited for Chase to open this morning at 9AM. Manager came to the door at 8:58 with a paper sign saying this branch is temporarily closed. I guess they just found out? One more reason I am closing my accounts with Chase after being with them for 16 years.

This Chase Bank location is temporarily closed. Wish they had updated Google Maps and such. Just a paper sign on the entrances while branding and such is still up.There is an ATM, but the bank itself is closed. I took pictures to update Google, but I guess those don’t save to my camera roll.
