This is the only chase bank I have been to that has the rudest tellers. Please avoid this branch if possible.

Took 30 minutes for a single cash deposit of $500. I wish I could say this isn't normal, but it happens every time I come to this branch.

Worst bank ever, their bankers have no idea what they’re doing. I got my account blocked because of one of their mistakes and they won’t take accountability on what they did, and I have the proof with me.

Update- 12/18/23 Chase has replaced the 2nd ATM and that is the good news. And now for the bad. It doesn’t work! ? Get it together Chase and add more WORKING ATMS on site and add more around Austin. I’ve seen you closing up all the stand alone ATMs around town. ??
Now why would you get rid of the 2nd drive up ATM at a high traffic location!? At least take the damn sign down or replace with a ATM that works as you have to wait 20+ minutes to use the only available ATM on property. And of course there is always issue with the ONE ATM there. At least add one in the foyer that we can access with our debit card like at other Chase locations!

Wildly variable customer service here. Had an issue I preferred to go over wtih a person instead of waiting on hold. The teller up front didn't understand my issue, then said she "didn't want to upset me" when I expressed frustration at her inability to understand. She told me to wait, then another lady asked if I need help. I explained the whole thing again - eventually, she set me up with credits cards on a phone call. I explained a third time - the phone rep was very helpful, and I left with my problem resolved. However, I found the teller rude and invalidating. While I could have explained better, she failed to see my frustration at the situation not her personally. As I work in customer service, I take customer interactions very seriously, and she absolutely failed in treating me respectfully and politely. The second rep at least directed me to the right area, however, overall, this bank's staff are rude invalidating and acted like I was bothering them coming in with a problem. Chase in general treats me well, has good offers, but if you need in person help and someone to patiently listen to you, go to another branch for that experience. I was not impressed by the customer service here at all.

PERLA! FIRE HER!!! I was leaving this chase location and left my phone recording because I know the staff especially this woman named Perla who ALWAYS NEVER FAILS TO GIVE ME AN ATTITUDE WHEN I GO BEING AGRESSIVE AND TALKS TO ME LIKE IM AN INFERIOR. I left and she said “ she doesn’t have much money I don’t know how she does it “ I AM SHOCKED TO JAW DROPPED, this woman is terrible and makes the face of chase look awful. Come on now Chase, leave this woman in the streets, she sounds like she’s fighting with homeless men, nonetheless A CHASE. Please leave this woman behind, I will never return to this location until I hear she is gone. PERLA!

This location probably serves 250,000 people and has one single working ATM on the weekends. The lobby is locked and has no card reader. Chase corporate, you need to add about 10-15 ATMs across austin. You do not have nearly enough.

Decent location….. but very inconvenient of them taking 2nd drive thru atm away…. As this location is very busy they should have kept the 2nd one….. waiting in line for 20 min line all around the parking lot is upsetting and the 2nd atm would be more convenient!
