The staff here is rude. I walked in from the back looking for the atm and I guess my face gave it away and your staff just said with a very inconvenienced tone atm is outside to the right...no good morning no may I help you? Where has good CS gone to these days??? Also no cash envelopes available at lobby had to make the line to get them.

Extremely nice people, however the last several times I have gone to get rolls of quarters for my apartment’s laundry, the rolls have been missing 1-3 quarters! I asked them if they do any quality checks on the rolls and she said “there is no way to.” So how come I can look on the outside and see that the rolls are uneven right away! This is a bank! So check your quarter rolls before you leave the bank because I guess they can’t.

This is my favorite branch in Austin! They are always so nice and efficient. I’ve been to other locations where I’ve had my papers thrown back at me when asked to fax it because I didn’t have the number and this location offered to look it up for me. I will ONLY come to this location for now on even if it is out of my way because the customer service is impeccable.

Best branch I have found in Austin so far. I usually keep good stuff a secret here, but they have attended me w good cust svc the few times i have gone in. Most other branches neglect their patrons here, making them wait a long time. They don't answer phone, but no chase branch does

Wonderful customer service, energy, and help from Orlando! I walked in after having my purse and ID stolen the weekend prior needing a large sum of cash today, and Orlando went through great lengths to contact people and find me another Chase that would be able to fulfill my withdrawal through the inside ATM. A few branches were having repairs or problems with theirs, so him specifying and finding one that worked specifically helped majorly. Thanks again Orlando! :)

Chase is the SCAM bank that you should AVOID at all costs. They will waste your time and take your money. But for taking it back you have to sue them and use a court order to withdraw your own money.

He was so well-informed and efficient, helped me right away and his demeanor immediately put me at ease. He did an outstanding job helping me with my problem.
