Had an issue with the online services with verifying my new chase accounts. Lady on the phone told me there was nothing she could do because my accts were getting shutdown for not being verified. I got off the phone with here and searched google for the nearest Chase branch. Found this branch because I worked near by. I rushed over to this branch because it was very close like 0.5 miles away. This was couple days before Thanksgiving and my direct deposit was supposed to get deposited by Thurs in this new Chase Account. Upon arriving to the Branch I met Derrick who assisted me when I explained my issues and forwarded me directly to his branch manager Jennifer. She was super, she took her time and fixed my accounts. She called the back office and got to the bottom of the issue and straighten everything out in about 20 mins. My accts are good and couldn't be happier. Thank you Jennifer. Happy Thanksgiving.

I have been a business banker with Chase for 10 years with strong deposit history. I made an on-line deposit and the system put some of the funds on-hold. I called this branch to release part of all of the hold and she told me that is was a system hold and nothing she could do. INCORRECT! I have had them removed in the past. Did seem like she wanted to help and just wanting to get me off the phone. I would not recommend you bank with Chase.

If you're a recipient of a chase check. Don't bother taking it here. They over scrutinized my name , won't cash it because my name is Michael and not Mike was their excuse. I can take it to any other chase and usually no problem whatsoever but you guys get poor grade since you are treating your bank customers this way. Basically this check is worthless at this location what you guys are telling me

I have experienced the worst customer service in my life in this bank. This bank branch is the worst with hidden fees, because the account arrangements that you make with branch representatives will not be honored for long. I have been a customer for years, and each time the same thing happens and I regret it.The branch manager even had the audacity to argue with me when I told him to close my account.If I could give lower than one star, I would.

$12 a month for my checking account? Planet fitness only charges $10 a month and I actually get something for that. These fees should be criminal and I will be contacting a consumer protections advocate.

I've been a chase personal and business customer for over 25 years. My experience at his bank has finally made it so I am changing all of my accounts. They closed the two nearby branches, the extremely busy Walsh Tarlton and Beacave branch for remodeling and permanently the one at Walsh Tarlton and 360. You would think they would have extra staff they could move and anticipate the need for increase volume at this usually almost dead branch. Instead limited service started with Covid and never ended. Not everybody has a half hour to make a simple deposit in the drive-through on a workday during business hours. I spent my 20 minutes commiserating with the one other lady in line in the drive-through. I gave up and had to ask for my deposit back I couldn't wait any longer. Mind you there was never more than one other person that was there when I got there. The staff inside literally couldn't care less. They were taking care of a few people in the finally open lobby. And they just couldn't be bothered. Couldn't care less that we were all upset and that things took So long. I don't know where all the professional, knowledgeable and high-end staff from up the street went when they started remodeling. This branch is clearly staffed With very low level untrained uncaring people. I am today actively transferring my business accounts to another bank. I suspect the lady in line with me, another business customer will too. There clearly is no level of management. I think they want everyone to do everything online but that's not possible with limitations they said to account for things like mobile deposits. If you deal in larger numbers those limits make it impossible to do things without going into the bank.

I don't understand the bad reviews of this Chase Bank branch. Every time I've been there in person or spoken to them on the phone they have been nothing but cheerful, helpful, efficient, and polite. The branch is a little hard to find at first (tucked behind trees, up the hill) and you have to learn how to exit at the light, but I think it's a hidden gem. It's everything I want in a neighborhood bank branch.
