Fix your fricken ATM my goodness. Thing is from the 1800’s. Looks like the Macintosh I typed on in 1996. I love chase but please guys, this ATM never allows deposits or to get cash out. Ugh.

I was helped by Marcial Villarreal yesterday to do some account changes and was extremely pleased with his great customer service. I hope that the next time I go in he will be the manager of that branch.

I’m disgusted. My wife and I experienced pure classism as its finest. After issues with every single check we bring into Chase, we needed to speak with a manager. The manager we waited to speak with, Trent, ignored us for several minutes and as soon as a “Chase Private” client walked in, he left a client he was already helping to go sit in the office with 2 other employees and speak to this man. Apparently the 2 people already helping him wasn’t sufficient. After waiting another 10 minutes, we left because apparently we’re not important enough to speak to. Do better Trent! The tellers on the other hand were extremely pleasant and apologized on his behalf. But we feel extremely discriminated against and won’t be returning.

I recently went to this location Friday around 4:40pm and was helped by a bank teller with blonde short hair. She needs additional training since she can’t speak to a customer without passive aggressiveness. I politely asked if she could waive the $5 money order fee and she said no. I said “Okay that’s fine thank you”. She continued on saying my account wasn’t the right account to get fees waived. Again I said “Okay that’s fine thanks”. She then joked “Hey here’s a freebie” handing me envelopes for the money orders. The interaction was passive aggressive for no reason.

I stop by here occasionally to do my banking. Always friendly staff and act professional. Get my transactions completed without any hassle. Pretty straight forward.
