The employees in the branch cannot do anything at all and always have to call in to corporate. I had to request new credit cards 5 times and they never came. Every single time it's the same old excuse I went in to fix the previous 4 meetings. Very poor customer service.

This review is strictly for the drive thru from the hours of 10am-4pm. Every week I have to make a cash withdrawal for a very specific amount of money. Don't worry it's for a totally legal transaction. But I can't use the drive thru ATM because i need it exact down to the $1 bill. So I use the drive thru area with the suction tubes and I get to pretend for just a minute that it's 1992 again. Every time I pull up there's usually an open lane and the tubes are always pre-loaded with working pens and withdrawal slips. The staff is always very helpful and nice as I try to figure out how many 20s 10s and 1s i might need on any particular day as math isn't my strong suit. The serotonin kick I get when that tube comes flying back to me filled with an envelope full of cash is unmatched. Highly recommend this bank, and don't forget to take advantage of the direct deposit reward when opening a checking account.

Been associated with it here in Austin the past 37 years, when it was called Texas Commerce Bank, well before being incorporated into Chase. We have no issues and have enjoyed our working relationship all these years.

The Private Client Rep Joseph failed to follow thru 3 months ago on removing my deceased mother from the account which created a huge mess while trying to add a name to the account. Took over 30 mins just to be told come back in an hour to sign the new signature cards. Also told me I was being condescending and rude when I inquired as to why this simple change was seemingly difficult for him. And then stops everything to make a huge production out of telling me he can get someone else to assist us. Right after that wait, no thanks I will tolerate your inability and child like behavior to be done. Just one more reason NOT to bank with Chase Bank!

I personally have never had a bad experience with Chase, and I haven’t had a bad experience at this location either. Every time I’ve gone, I was greeted kindly and with a smile. If I had any questions they were answered! I’ve had chase for a good 8 years and have never had an issue with them!!
