Very confusing online appointment scheduling. Thought I had an appointment Friday and apparently it was a week into the future. Also in the bank there is no good system to see people in order of arrival. Happily they did have availability and Thor the manager helped me. Great guy. Previous issue about 6 months ago or so he was great then too.

Great place! I've been here twice and it was to collect foreign currency on a trip I was going on. I remember the teller I believe named Re Re Green who assisted me. She was very kind and helpful!

So friendly, clean, sanitary, safe and welcoming. It would be helpful to see live security present or cameras on the perimeter of the building. All the team provide nice customer service and they are fast at this branch.
