I had a great experience at this branch, especially thanks to Branch manager Jess and Andrew. They were professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. Andrew took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend working with them.

It’s amazing how businesses can employ 3-4 people to stand around and tell you that no one is available to help you while you’re there.
Prob the 3rd or 4th time this has happened to me with Chase and this branch in particular. I’ve been through 6 different “representatives” because they can’t hold on to staff, so anytime I need something, I spend days calling and emailing someone who no longer works there.
Then, when you drive down to the actual branch cause no one will get back to you, they tell you no one is available (just to sign a simple form to open a new account), while there are 3-4 employees standing there helping no one.
You would think a bank this big would have the basic common sense to forward incoming emails for an employee who recently left, so another team member can help that customer out.
But no, that’s apparently too complicated.
Incredibly frustrating dealing with this company and this branch in particular. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you’re wanting even half way decent customer service.

I had a fantastic experience opening my business accounts at Chase thanks to Jimmy. I was tight on time, but he somehow managed to take care of everything efficiently and professionally before I had to head out. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile.

The most wonderful Bank I've ever gone to! The staff is delightful and very helpful and professional. I sure won't be leaving Chase bank anytime soon.

1. Email to Andrew never responded to, although he told me that was a good way to contact him, since he does not currently have a direct line.
2. In excess of 10 attempts to reach Andrew via the main branch number in a two-day period were never answered at the branch location, but instead by a “central customer service” line.
3. On one attempt, I was told Andrew was at lunch and would be returning shortly and he would be given the message to call me. Never heard from him.
4. Was definitely given the overall impression that no one that answered the phone cared one iota about the frustration their extremely poor customer service had created.

I walked in to the Volente Chase Bank branch requesting help applying for a Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card due to upcoming travel plans. I was assisted by Assistant Vice President Jimmy Williams, who signed me up for the Chase Sapphire Preferred credit card in error. I was very specific which card I wanted, and there was no doubt in my mind or Jimmy's which card I was there to apply for. Upon receiving the card, I realized that the he had applied for the wrong card, and I immediately went to the branch for assistance to fix the situation. I was helped by Vice President Susan Burnam. Long story short, Chase has refused to correct THEIR error and change the card to the Reserve.
I would absolutely NEVER use this bank/branch for ANY financial services for the following reasons:
1. Branch Assistant Vice Present Jimmy Williams couldn't complete the simplest of tasks of helping a customer apply for a credit card. This lack of attention to detail and failure check his own work could lead to other disastrous financial errors far larger than a customer being issued the wrong credit card.
2. Chase Bank as a company failed to recognize their OWN ERROR and correct the situation. Absolutely horrible customer service.
This nightmare has been going on since 6/26/24 and I am utterly astounded by the incompetence of this branch and the company as a whole.

Location near where I live, attention by appointment on time and fast.
