I came in during my lunch break. I was asked to wait to be seen. I did inform staff politely that I had a small amount of time. Ultimately I had to leave and asked a banker who was free for the information I needed which was in my opinion information the front desk staff should have had. Effectively, I was directed to call a common phone number.

I have had multiple bad experiences at this branch now. The staff are incredibly rude and actively unhelpful, who simply make things up which are contradicted by other colleagues. Would not recommend visiting this branch at all if you want any work done

Ugh I had an appointment at 12 noon and no staff came to assist me upfront. I'm very patient but I was on my lunch break! I spent 35 minutes. Not a good experience

Wow! Super rude employees that work here. Especially Claudia who walked up to me as I was depositing cash and change and she scolded me like a 5 year old child telling me I couldn’t do so. Shaking her head and being really condescending. Super rude power tripping Chase bank employee here. The other posts were right. This behavior isn’t acceptable. Chase Bank corporate you need to audit this branch, reprimand your employees, and possibly close this branch down asap.

This was my first time ever going into this branch. I’m a business owner with a business account with Chase, and I came in to inquire about opening another business account. After coming in, receiving no greeting or acknowledgement, then waiting for 15 minutes and never speaking to anyone, I left. Needless to say, there won’t be a second time. Now I see why the parking lot was so empty.

If I could give this bank a -10 then, I would. I went there with a payroll check from a well know New York academic institution drawn on funds from Chase Bank. The bank refused to cash it, or guarantee funds be cleared to me it I deposited and opened an account with them. Two people of color before me were also turned away. I should have know this bank does not care about people of color and, or those who are not wealthy. I ended up depositing the payroll check in my own bank and waiting 3 days for the funds to clear shame on you Chase Bank

Rude teller. Not what she said, but how she said it. Contempt was evident. Won't be going back to this branch and one more experience like this and I'm switching banks.

I went to open up an account and the process was smooth and seamless. Raul Razuri was professional, efficient, but most of all personable. I knew it would take some time to open up a new account but the way he handled the process time fly by. A1 customer service and would highly recommend him to anyone to in the future!

Sent an employee to do a deposit for my business and Bank Teller Shirim placed deposit on the wrong account? Called back and was told they are working on the situation but can’t provide a reference number or claim documentation but the money should appear in 1-2 days?
