I want to give a huge thanks to Aleicia, who works at Chase Bank on Parmer Lane. I don't bank with Chase, but I received two debit cards in my name. She was extremely helpful in assisting me with this fraud issue, and so kind! I truly appreciated her quick and friendly service. She was also attentive to customers who walked in the door and needed help, while others came to assist these customers.

Not only the worst Chase branch, but the worst branch of any bank I've gone to. I wanted business with them, but they were busy chatting and laughing with each other while I was left waiting, like they're paying you to wait. I had decided to give them the benefit of doubt, after waiting for an hour the first time, I visited again, was treated the same way, once 30 mins went by, I knew it wasn't worth it. Just a lot of smugness, they need to humble themselves. For your peace of mind, avoid them. Honestly, it made me avoid Chase in general.

This place is awful. All the drive up lanes are closed. There’s only one teller. The line is out the door. What a joke. That’s corporate banking for you.

For the most part don't like how they investigate stuff cuz it always comes back them retaking the money an it wrong I'm tired of going back an forth with them especially when I can't get in touch with the one who wrong me

I waited in line. Teller said she’d get a banker to help me…. I’m waiting on the banker who completely forgot about me. All they had to do was say “we are really busy and we can’t help you today”, that’s fine, I get that, I was a walk in after all , but don’t have me sit and wait and forget about me. Basically my time does not matter only their time matters. How do these people even get employed??????

I was skeptical about the bad reviews, but they’re true. I waited in line as a Chase private client while one person helped the line, three staff stood there talking, three sitting on their phone in their offices, you know the kind of look that doesn’t really look like Work. Unbelievable! I’m used to Chase in Florida and Indiana, where the Chase team were jumping to help you. I’m not sure there’s a better branch, but avoid this one if you can.

Asked for restrooms.. nàhhh the lady banker kinda rude and answer ..no public restroom. .im said ..im a business customer ..and she said again ..no public. So i wonder all staff get paid from all customers so where did they go pee when needed ???. Thats a suck .. ..

Came today to deposit a cashiers check. Nick the bank teller was horrible. a simple transaction was made difficult by asking me to provide my drivers license debit card and even a ssn card. I provided my id and refused others. I have never been asked to provide such things. a cashiers check provided with an account number is all that’s needed. If I could give zero stars I would. shame!

Per my experience, always the slowest moving bank line compared to anything else I use. I always forget my decision to revisit this branch.

The worst bank employees I have ever seen in my life, after making me wait for about 1 hour, they said they could not process the transaction. They don't work, they're just a waste of time
