The worst bank employees I have ever seen in my life, after making me wait for about 1 hour, they said they could not process the transaction. They don't work, they're just a waste of time

Only two bank teller, got in line for 20 minutes just to do my deposit. The girl in the office was talking very loud in her Vietnamese language.

They only have 1 teller. That really slows everyone down. Especially us on break from work and have a certain time to be back at work. Unfortunately their business hours are also my working hours. Very inconvenient

Beware of reviewers giving 1-star reviews because they can't read, don't understand process, are mad about traffic (the bank can't control the car/foot traffic), or are complaining about ATMs as if Chase controls the speed that the servicer comes out to fix them. These things are not necessarily within the control of the people who work at the bank, and it's asinine to rate them a 1-star because of it. Also, calling Chase's 1-800 number does not take you to a representative of the bank located on Parmer Lane, so why are you upset with those representatives when you didn't even talk to them? It's silly. Anyway...On Monday, January 22nd, 2024, I stopped at this location because I needed to deposit a large check into my business account. Priscilla was the person who helped me and she was nice, quick, and efficient. She answered my questions thoroughly and, while I waited in line for a little while (not their fault), once I got to the front, I was in and out in minutes. I was told that my check would be taken off of hold in 2 business days, and she was correct.On Wednesday, January 24th, 2024, I went back to this bank to get a cashier's check for the money that was released after 2 business days (just like Priscilla said), and this time I was greeted by Charisma when I got to the front counter. She took care of my request, and was also a super kind individual. It took a few minutes because we needed to wait for the manager, and that's alright. I don't have an issue with a bank following it's standard process. The manager came out, got it resolved, and Charisma continued providing excellent customer support.I'm very happy with my experience here at this branch, and all these low reviews are NOT indicative of the efficiency and kindness displayed to me by Charisma and Priscilla. Customers need to have a little more common sense about their expectations because this branch is great!

Been in line at the drive through since 9:33 am and it’s now 10:19 am. I’ve been waiting for my deposit receipts for like 10 minutes or so. They need to hire or something.

Signage in this branch encourages inquiry about products and services; so I asked. The answers were repeatedly, "You can do that online."Why provoke customers to want relationship of any sort, when you're transactional, and you know it?

They have 2 old ATM and it seem to NEVER WORK! And the line seem to be ALWAY LONG @ChaseBank please get new ATMs.

Slow wait times to talk to a banker, service is just okay. Worth the drive to go to a different location if you’re needing anything other than to make a deposit/withdraw.

Worst bank ever, closed my account because of missing information without even letting me know. They didn't email, call, text or mail. Closed the account and waited for me to notice, I wasted hours on the phone trying to understand what they need from me, all they have to say is I should reapply.I had amazing credit, they waisted my time and ruined my credit now as well. STAY AWAY!

Today I had a scheduled meeting with Dipo at noon. Once I arrived, I notified the teller I was there to meet Dipo and she went and told him. After 20 minutes of waiting, I still hadn't heard from Dipo. Therefore, I asked the teller to notify Dipo that I was still waiting (she was also surprised he hadn't come to get me yet...).Finally Dipo comes out at 12:26 and tells me it was going to be "a few more minutes" (Remember my appointment was at noon.) I told him that this was unacceptable and that I was leaving.I have been a Chase customer for over 10 years and this is by far the worst customer service experience I've had. If you're the Branch Manager reading this, have a serious conversation with Dipo about how to value and respect your customers' time. I was hoping to open a business checking account with Chase but now will be doing it elsewhere.

Branch manager there needs to learn how to use indoor voice when talking and engaging with customers. There are times when questions about Chase accounts that are strictly confidential. I felt very uneasy asking questions when he let the world knows about my accounts.

I’ve banked with Chase for over a decade. I’ve been to a lot of branches with friendly people, but this one is certainly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The entire staff is incredibly helpful and the manager makes an effort to speak to customers in line to help them out or even get to know them. I can’t begin to describe how pleasant of an experience this branch is.
