I had an appointment at 10 am in the morning. Nobody assist me upfront and one of staff member keep talking with 2 people more than 30 minutes. Not a good experience as i heard earlier

I guess they don't value new customers. I went in to open up a new account, they told me that they didn't have the
time to spend to open up a new account right now. I guess they were too involved and what they were looking at on their phones. Sorry your loss Chase. Wells Fargo here I come!

We had the best banking experience EVER at this branch. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to understand what we needed, which was a little complicated. They showed true care for us as customers, which is rare, and I'm so grateful :)

A female customer service representative at this location was extremely rude & disrespectful. I went there to pick some quarters & dimes. She didn’t bag them instead, she had me take the coins out in open palms. Also, the way she interacts with customers is very offensive. Every time I go there I feel that she has a bad day. she really offended me and I will never stop by this location. Hate her(!)

I have never met such unpleasant and racist workers as in this place, especially Miss Brenda Palma and the manager in charge of the shift that day, I give it 1 star because I need to give one to be able to make the comment. Very disappointed in the visit

They have no training in customer service, it takes you hours to open an account. Why do they yell at the customer and do the cashiers get angry when they ask them something? in two hours
