As others have said, car wash is good when it works but today it didn't and he wouldn't give refund or another code. They lost a customer.

Air/Vac did not work after taking my money. Clerk said he couldn’t provide refund and told me to call a number on the side of the machine. That was frustrating, but it was how rude the clerk was that motivated me to write a review.

I was there on 12/28/24 to get a snack. The women's restroom smelled like there were week old products in the trash. After that, I wasn't going to try any food.

I use this car wash regularly and have never had a problem with it or the folks that work there until tonight. Got gas, paid $14 for the “ultimate” car wash at the pump. Drove around and entered my code. The rinse cycle started, I drove in, and nothing happened. Stayed there for a few minutes and then drove out. Tried again. Still didn’t work. Went inside with my receipt and explained to the cashier what happened. He was immediately combative and demanded to see my car. We went outside and he said “your car is clean”. I explained a second time that it only went through a rinse cycle. We went back inside and he asked if I wanted a refund, I said ‘can I get another code for a car wash?’ because he had insisted it was not broken “it’s been working all day“. He wouldn’t give me another code and when I asked for a refund he pointed to the time on my receipt and said it had been too long between the time stamp on my receipt and the time it currently was and that I must have gotten a car wash (it had been 12 minutes) so he then also refused to give me a refund. Told me to come back and speak to the manager tomorrow. He may have been having a bad day, but I don’t appreciate being spoken to in such an ugly manner and called a liar over a $14? I’ll be going to the 7/11 next door from now on.

I’m sorry, but I have to say something about my experience there. I was visiting my son from Missouri who goes to school in Austin. I purchased gas and a can of Skoal. The cashier gave me my change and I thanked him graciously. He muttered a derogatory slang in Spanish about me to his friend who was also behind the counter. Both laughed. I turned around and questioned his response but he became even more agitated as I knew what he said. (I speak Spanish fluently and am aware of all the dialect). He was extremely rude and exhibited hostility in the form of a potential fight. I left the store so as not to inflame his already violent tendencies.

Avoid this rip off. Paid $14 for "ultimate" carwash (soap, wax, polish, etc). It only rinsed my car.So, it's broken. I get it. No problem. But when I asked for a redo or a refund they insisted it was my fault.There's no way it could be user error. You literally pick your wash (none are Rinse-only options), and insert your card.Don't come here.

Mens room was relatively clean for a gas station. DO NOT BUY THEIR HOT FOOD!! If you do, open and double check product before leaving. There are also food trucks outside that smelled good.
