Went in at 6:57am 4/20/2024 and the girl at the drive thru, young Hispanic gal, with long ponytail was rude and refused to hand me a straw with my drink. When I asked her kindly for one she flung her arm, looked at the straws and told me she will put it in my bag and then walked away from me. I was trying to understand why she couldn't just hand me a straw with my drink while I was waiting for my food so I can sip on it. I flagged down another employee who was by the window and she kindly handed me a straw and was confused why I wasn't handed a straw with my drink in the first place.The girl needs to be removed from the window if she doesn't want to help people kindly.

I was overcharged here. The app sends me to the restaurant, the restaurant tells me to request a refund through the app. Everyone acknowledges that the total doesn’t add up but No one seems to know how to provide a refund.I was also picking up a to go order but no one was helping me at the to go area (I was waiting for about 15min). They were busy so I thought no biggie ill wait in line. While I was in line I watched them help several people who arrived after me

Entered the drive-thru and was instantly hit with Joselyn’s nasty attitude. She does not deserve to work with customers with the attitude she has. Joselyn made sure our experience was horrible. She rolled her eyes at us, gave us attitude, and made us feel uncomfortable. Fire her immediately!!!!

1st time here, not the Safest Location for how much traffic they get. But it has 3 lanes, and even though the line look long, they are still pretty quick with orders. Wait time minimal.Sending Appreciation to All Staff Members for pushing out Great Customer Service

The food was delicious as always, but the staff just didn't seem like they cared about anything. There was a homeless man outside bugging everyone coming in as well.

Our order was missing multiple items, we called and were told they would comp them on our return. My son was crying as they forgot his order, and we drove from quite a ways. Upon return, manager, Jordan told us that he couldn’t help us. Playground area is usually greasy as well.

The girl in the drive through started stuff really rude and awkward. If you're ordering separately you have to go inside, they will refuse the second order in the drive through. I had to walk from the drive through line to order inside. (Unsafe!) once I went inside I was ignored. Then they ignored my order and gave me incorrect items.

Food and service were phenomenal, and in particular, I absolutely LOVED the atmosphere inside the restaurant. They had lovely flower arrangements on every table, with fresh REAL flowers, not fake flowers that could have been sitting there for ages. It was such a nice touch that was definitely not wasted on my girlfriend and I. Keep up the good work Chick-Fil-A! ??Kid-friendliness: Playground on-site

So I come here for lunch a lot, my buddy has been served a chicken sandwich and the chicken breast was the size of 2 nuggets, today I received an 11ct nugget and half a medium fry. Luckily my drink wasnt filled to the top with ice when I ask for ez ice..... hard to say this location has it together.
