Absolutely horrible communication or lack there of by the woman I've had the pleasure getting checked out by. She literally for the second time coming to your business made me feel incompetent and was extremely disrespectful. I've managed people involved in customer service for 20 years now and this experience has been horrible. I asked for help in locating something she wouldn't even move her feet to help. But when I found what I was looking for after she belittled my lack of knowledge for not knowing every alcohol type but yet what I wanted was inaccessible without moving something she explicitly told me don't touch it and she will do it like I was again incompetent or unable to move a piece of plastic that weighed literally 2 pounds. But again prior to me trying to move a piece of plastic to get what I wanted to purchase she offered zero help and was very ignorant about it when she finally decided to speak which was to insult me. I will not be returning as who I believe was the owner who use to be there and was very friendly and helpful but I haven't seen since this employee started being there. I'm positive if this was my experience after I always smile say hello and very courteous to everyone that others have had similar experiences. Not trying to make assumptions but it was awkward that 2 people came in that were not white and she smiled said hello and even called them by name but yet I couldn't get help without scrutiny and then made to feel incompetent. Please address as I'm sure you've lost business for this reason.

This place is legit, albeit unassuming. It’s impressive how good of a selection they’re able to pack into a small place. The staff is knowledgeable and happy to engage in conversation about their selection, I even got an unsolicited sample which was welcomed.Local trends and options seem to influence what they carry, and I mean that in the best way. Excellent beer selection considering their limited space. Plenty of convenient parking right outside the door.
