If I buy gas , am I able to use the restroom? Clearly no . I walked in and tried the handle on the restroom, and it was locked. Before I could ask polietly ,the sour face clerk behind the counter said, "It's not working !"
I know this is a bad area and a lot of homeless people are around making things hard for everybody. But I made a purchase. This is not a welcoming place for travelers to stop if we can't even use the restroom.
I'm sure the restroom is working. Where would the employees go otherwise? It's just too much trouble for them to give me the key and keep the restroom clean.

Thank you very much, this problem was corrected on my visit today. I was able to use the ladies room after purchasing gas. Cashier was pleasant. I couldn't read the name tag exactly but I think the name on it was Lizbeth .

store is closed. I was told by the nice security officer. The store employee normally closes for 2 hours. To stock the shelves and do paperwork. An it was rely up to the employee when she decides to reopen. Hmm I can respect that.

I was in this store today 08/21/2024 around 1pm trying to pay for gas when the gentleman in front of me was needing help to pay for his items and gas on the self checkout kiosk. The store manager Yvonne stood on the other side of the counter talking down on the gentleman because he was partially blind saying he didn’t need help and could see perfectly fine straight to the customer and just continued to talk down on him. Instead of moving the customer to the actual cash register to help him she just watched him struggle and degraded him. Another employee had to step up and help him. I myself being a manager in customer service was extremely disappointed to see a manager act in such a manner towards a paying customer. A manager is suppose to lead by example not degrade customers and show her employees that it’s okay to do so also. Her rude behavior is not what any company should have running their stores. Be better and do better.

The security guard is very polite and helpful, but the cashier girl could be a little more cheerful and attentive. The advantage of this place is that it serves coffee beans.

Very incompetent and super aggressive staff with bad character. I don't think I would ever want to go back to that place because they could get me in trouble.

Rude customer service I've never ever been ID since I was in my 30s I'm 60 years old was asked for my ID then she held my cigarettes talking to someone eles rude then I asked for my cigarettes i just purchased she wanted to say she gave them to me i had to show her my inside purse wth i will never go back gettho and rude she claimed to be manager needs to have customer service and she lacks ? percent of it

This is the 5th time I've been turned away from the cashier as she's out there smoking her cigarette and talking to her friend. Claims the store is closed due to delivery. The damn semi on the side of the building has his doors closed with no one inside. Very poor customer service and very trashy attitude coming from the brunette cashier.
