I’ll give it two stars because this place has cleaned up its act a bit. There’s no longer homeless guys or sketchy people on the side of the building scratching off lottery tickets. My problem is, this new guy treats me as if I’m one of them. Giving me the side eye. No greet when I bring my items to the register. No thank you or anything. If that’s how you treat a customer of almost 20 years then Imma go ahead and reroute and find a place that doesn’t treat you like scum. I’m hard working man. I’m not bothering anyone. I’m not doing anyone dirty. I will no longer shop there if I see that new guy there. I don’t know what happened to the other two black homies who were cool af. But I’m close to done with this place I can tell you that.

All of the soda/slushy machines have been "broken" for 6 months, it's not organized, the lady working there is always really rude, probably the worst gas station in austin. They may as well just close the store and keep it gas only.

Old lady with grey hair refused to sell me some Zyns. She insisted that I leave my backpack unattended by the front door right next to all of the sketchy people hanging out there.
If you don’t want to deal with a mean and bitter old lady then don’t come here.

Bathroom did not have any soap or a working dispenser and wasn't clean at all then when I went to go get something to eat at 12:30 during lunch no pizza hardly anything to eat nobody in the kitchen area was prepping anything else almost like it was shut down

It is a place where they overcharge you, be very careful, the type of system is altered and the employees remove themselves from responsibilities in which they only say that the client makes the mistake.

Bad service, the bathrooms have to ask for a key and they tell you that it doesn't work and I bought a package of water and when I checked in they charged me $14.58

All the drink machines and coffee machines were broken. Then when I went to put gas on a pump the lady was on the phone and was like “ hey baby etc. “ to whoever she was talking to she wasn’t paying attention either so I had to put my card in 5 times. Afterwards she was like “ baby these customers be annoying me” I looked on her tag can’t remember her name but she was a LEAD! Lol why they put this unprofessional person as a LEAD I don’t know.

Just went inside the store and everything is out of service, signs everywhere stating out of service, the drink fountain, coffee station, the restroom out of service.. worst store gas station I've ever been
