The fuel pump for diesel is so slow. It took over 10 mins to get 10 gals. And I found out the hard way that the auto shutoff doesn’t work.

Would straight up give no stars if I was able. The right side of the soda machines has been broken, with a handwritten cardboard sign, for probably the last 1.5 years at least. The left side is almost always out of syrup. The cups, lids, and straws are typically barren as well.
The store is filthy every time and there’s usually boxes somewhere, restricting how easily you can move around.
90% of the time the pumps require me and everyone I know to “see cashier,” unsure why because every other fast station I go to takes it at the pump. So you try to “see cashier” but the doors are locked with handwritten signs saying “be back in 30.”
First of all, this seems to be turning into an every night issue. Store says it should be open, yet the night employee straight up locks up and refuses customers. Tuesday around 8 doors were locked, tonight around 7:45 the doors were locked.
One night I sent my bf to get a few things and the employee straight up told him that he was gonna lock up after he left because people are upsetting him.
It’s clear that your employees do not care about this store or the customers, so I’ll tell everyone to drive a little further to the 7/11 moving forward that way they don’t have to lock us out further.

Regrets, should have read reviews before my car wash today. $15 premium car wash doesn't even remove bird poop on the car.. Will never come back again.

Been the same customer for repeated 2 or 3 years this past month. It hasn't been all completely 24 hours. They close past 12 midnight and don't open back up.

Car wash is broken but there is no sign. And the gas station worker won't give me a refund and top of that he is extremely rude. From the recent reviews it looks like its happened to others also. And they don't give a damn or put up a sign that the car wash is broken.
Now I have to dispute with my credit card company.

For the love of God, do not ever use this gas station. It's down the street from where i live and I've given them a dozen chances and failed every. single. time! I will drive cross country for gas/ anything before i ever give them another dime.

I try to avoid this gas station at all costs. came here today to avoid going out the way this morning and the attendant was inattentive and ignored me. just declaratives from the moment she noticed me standing at the register after a few minutes. This doesn’t work use the self checkout. Gas card doesn’t work in the self checkout…..better service across the street at HEB with no attendant.

I really don't know why this branch is not closed and no one is doing anything about it. I don't want to tell stories now, but what is really clear is that customers are being robbed in this branch in a professional and brazen way. It is clear as day.When I read the stories of previous customers, I see that they all have a common experience of theft with a brazen tool and they all tell a common story that happened to me as well. The same repeated story of a broken device, no receipt, no manager now, I am the manager myself, cash Now I don't have any customers since the morning and finally go out of the shop... these are repeated stories and and tools that this branch is being used to steal from people's pockets.

Rudest experience I’ve ever had at any gas station. No one was at the register when I was ready to check out so I used the new self check out kiosk. I paid but received no receipt or confirmation so I found the lady working there (named Kurston) and asked if I was good to go. She said since the kiosk is down I would have to pay through her register which I was happy to do. As I’m leaving, I checked my bank account to ensure I wasn’t double charged - I was. Not a huge deal. I asked the lady to refund me one of the charges and she very rudely tells me that that’s not possible then proceeds to walk away. She gives me no resolution, nothing. We aren’t even finished with our conversation at this point. I walked up to her and asked her what I can do and she very dismissively tells me I have to come back at a later time since the kiosk is down. I ask for her manager then she proceeds to tell me to leave her store. All I was looking for was a resolution, which she clearly was not interested in helping me with. This is the most convenient gas station to us but after this terrible customer service I will not be coming back.Also please do not buy the pastries behind the glass case! This lady was spraying it down with windex without removing any of the pastries from it. The spray was getting in the food from the opening between the doors. It was disgusting.

The car wash is not working today, I went inside for refund. The lady working there had a real bad attitude, refused to give me refund and asked me to come next Monday to talk to her manager. I asked why she cannot give refund, she said "I can't" . Called circle k 800 number and went straight to a voicemail, what a scam! I will never go there again.Update on Jun 19 2023I went back to the store in the morning, a different clerk told me that their manager is no vocation and only the manager can process the refund. She explained that the pump does not know the car wash is broken, but at least they can put a sign to let customers know, right? Then the clerk said the circle k car wash can be used for any other circle k car wash. I give credits for her to get a solution. Then I drove 5 miles to another circle k station, the code does not work there. Very disappointed and will dispute with credit card company.Last update, my wife somehow managed to reach out to a customer relationship of circle k. He confirmed that car wash code cannot be shared among different locations and he generated one for us. Just saw another post, remind me the first clerk had bad attitude, whose name is Kurston. Who is the reason I gave 1 star review.
