Location is good plenty of stores near by while you wash.
Machines are a bit on the higher end. Almost 10 bucks for a 6 load machine.
AC could be cooler.
Def needs more carts. I counted 4 carts.
The place is very clean. & you can come with a debit card & get quarters.
I’m sure if they fixed the AC & added carts this place would be 5x better.
I had to do 3 trips to my car

I like this laundry facility. Clean, 24-hour operations, and extreme security on several levels. Machines that have always worked with several various dollar amounts. Layman terms, choices. Coin or token availability. Laundry is not my personal favorite chore, but I complete the laundry in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. I travel from a center point in Austin to Wells Branch Pkwy. It's true ?

My second visit and dryers are NOT working! Water levels are extremely low for washing. Nobody in attendance to assist. Only 4 baskets for 40 laundry sets and not to mention Extremely expensive! Contact number is useless. My last visit the return call for trouble shooting was 4 days later! For the cost to laundry I expect much better. This is my last visit!

Units are so clean and efficient! Workers are nice and hardly people there! So nice and quiet. Only downside is the app doesn't charge correctly. Use a credit card to get it fixed.

Clean. Machines only accept coins, there is a card option to retrieve coins and an ATM for cash transactions (not sure of the fee). I stopped at my bank to avoid any issues with that. 24-hour facility per Google. My laundry was complete by 11:30 pm so I can't confirm the operating hours. Restrooms are not open 24 hours. Only open when an attendant is on duty. I came by around 7 pm did not see an attendant. I left to pick up laundry detergent and returned around 9 pm still no attendant on duty. I inserted $ 1.25 in the dryer it started then stopped abruptly stating "Cyr error" There, is still no attendant on duty to assist with this issue. I saw that this place was open 24 hours and that the service and attendant were nice but I didn't receive that at all. I drove in from Lake Travis due to my dryer not operating at home and figured because of the great reviews this would be a convenient place to do laundry seeing as how I am already inconvenienced at home. Unfortunately, I will not waste my time coming here again. The only pro and 2-star rating is for the cleanliness of the laundry area. Other than that very inconvenient for my needs.

So convenient, open 24/7, simple, and cleans and dries so quickly. There have always been enough machines for me to find an availa ble one. It is clean, too.

Clean washer, dryer needed to be wiped clean
Of Some powder residue
New machines although 1-2 out of order dryers
4 of 7 customers were confused as to how to pay
No way to return or trade leftover pay tokens-lose money as result
No written/posted instructions
No staff present for support
Not returning
Parmer Lane Laundry a block away is 100% better
I had used that one the day before

The washing machines did not ring my clothes very good. I had to spend a ton of money Ondrea's de tenant that was working. There was awesome, but the machines did not wash my clothes very well and did not for surely drain them. Aspen $80 way too much.I will not return

Just a heads up this place is not 24 hours…they have signs posted that say the doors lock automatically at 10pm. This place has clean machines and clean facilities but there was a very sour odor while I was there early morning.

This place is clean so I'll give it the 1 ⭐️ since I can't leave 0 ⭐️'s. Anyway, thus place is very conservative and the managers are rude. It is March 8th 2024 and they will still purposely misgender you. And I'm in Austin! Also this is coming from a U.S Army vet. The owners are also prior military but are more "old school". Either way they need to be more curious and considerate of the people using the facility. Still clean. Butttt I literally almost just cried right now. I just woke up (slept) in my car and my hair is wild, no makeup in my laundry clothes and i still look female. Soooo get with the times. About to dry now. Do better. Super great experience! As reviews said, it is the cleanest and modern laundromat I have seen in the US. The place sparkles clean, the supervisor (James) does an outstanding work constantly checking and wiping the washers, dryers, the entire place. The machines are highly performant and fast (btw i noticed that for $2.50 extra you can add a superwash, meaning extra water and time). Plus there are plenty of them, no worry to find one empty. The drying cycle is also very fast, the washing machines have several sizes to choose from. There are also vending machines with snacks, drinks and detergent. It is also open 24 hours and safe. I strongly recommend this place!
