Came in on a Saturday and everyone was super friendly and kind. The bad reviews terrified me but I had a lovely experience.

Friendly enough staff, but every time I come here, it’s a little bit of chaos. People who have used this location multiple times are not in the system (the front desk sometimes blames the patient, not taking the blame for their system - or sometimes blaming the last employees the patient worked with). Some patients wait much longer than they need to due to badly organized paperwork. Just feels like they don’t have a handle on some of the basics.

The women here are always so pleasant everytime I need to get blood drawn. If there is a problem with my order, they help me try to figure it out. So thankful this is the closest CPL location to me!Sometimes they are understaffed but they stay positive throughout it all. They all deserve a raise!

Better than I hoped. ? I’m a cry baby and even though the lobby could use some upgrades (chairs are old and very uncomfortable) it’s simple to check-in on the laptop and then they ask for ID & insurance copies. I was walked to room 4 and the draw was simple and painless. Thanks ladies (:

While the staff working here are friendly enough, I have no idea what is going on at this facility. I had some very important labs assessing immune function that I needed done. I had to come back 3x for redraws because I kept getting calls from CPL corporate that the facility either improperly completed the draw or mishandled the specimen. They didn't even get the same correct lab on my THIRD and FINAL visit here with corporate once again calling me asking me for another redraw. This resulted in delayed diagnosing and overall just made my health scare all the more stressful than it already was. I recommend avoiding clinical pathology labs at all costs. They don't seem to know what they are doing.

The service was ok but the place and even the blood drawing labs stink with cigarette/smoke smell. I am not sure the staff smokes inside the facility when there are no patients

Visited a few times for blood drawn- old building but friendly staff and lots of parking. Check in process is easy at the computer and have not waited more than 5-20 min. Lots of free parking

Everyone is very professional especially Erica who goes the extra step to assist a patient

I got here early at 7:55am and despite about 8 people being in front of me, I had my blood test done and walked out by 8:30am! They are understaffed but overall very efficient with their process and try their best to take care of everyone in a timely manner. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and patient with me as well. I was a little nervous going here with all the negative reviews, but I’m so glad I chose this place!

It is extremely slow. It took me about 35 minutes (no Exaggeration) to simple drop a stool sample. The person in charge called a client but she was gone, it pass 8 minutes until person called another name.

Sure they are understaffed, but the staff was great and got the job done. They didn't have any issues drawing my blood and my phlebotomist was nice.

I wanted to shout out the staff working on Saturday mornings. They were very kind and welcoming! I always get anxious about getting blood drawn, and I was flustered. They treated me with patience and respect. Thank you!

The reception staff was cold and inconsiderate and just rude. The name of the person at the reception was ‘Blessing’. Its ironic. The blood drawing staff was great and understanding. My experience is tainted from the reception staff.

This facility is the worst. Dingy and depressing. . But worse, they don't even have the necessary supplies - like instructions for sample collection! Nor could they at least find a source online to find printable instructions. And then, when I asked the person at the desk what I was supposed to do, she obviously didn't know and just made something up.

Not sure what’s going on here, but I am finding another lab. My first visit they forgot to give me one of the stool collection cups I needed. On my second visit they called me when I was already back at my car to give me that cup because someone actually double checked the order. I got a call the next week saying I’m missing some test results - turns out the first set of tests wasn’t even ordered by my doctor and they still didn’t give me all the collection cups I needed! Some of the reception staff seem like they have no idea what they’re doing, they don’t provide anything to put the sample into the collection cup, and don’t understand how to speak discretely with a waiting room full of people. The guy who called me from CPL corporate was very understanding and apologetic. He made sure the order was electronic as well so I could try a different location. But I’m not holding my breath.
