Went around 9am and only waited maybe 10 minutes. The girl who took my blood was great. Super nice and kept me talking to get my mind off of what she was doing!

Beyond impressed with this location. I went here on a whim since I usually go to a south location, but I’ll try to only go here. Small acts go a long way, like greeting people with eye contact when they walk in. They were efficient and kind. I’d encourage people to go to this spot even if it’s a little out of their way.

Had lab work order sent in FOUR TIMES SEPARATELY - electronically and via fax and they said they never received the order. Then had the order sent to a different location and they had it immediately ready. Do not trust this location.

I go to this clinic every 3 months. I'm a hard draw and it gets worse every time. It's hard fun and a person that can draw my blood. When Miss Hicks was there she was awesome She could draw me his tubes that I needed. I hope they get her back or find someone like her

I visit CPL once a year for lab work. Had such a great experience at this location! If the gods look kindly upon you, you may also end up with a phlebotomist with this rarest of skills - inserting a needle through your skin without causing any pain. When it was my turn, I sat in the chair, turned my head away and braced myself for the dreaded moment. That didn't happen. When I next looked down, it was all over. Didn't hurt. At all. Impressive.I remember saying "wow" and "thank you", but unfortunately forgot to ask her name.

I’ve been to lots of CPL locations and this is a great one. Got there a little before they opened at 7:30 on a Monday and was in and out in 15 minutes, even though there were people ahead of me. The employees at this location are really pleasant and friendly.

Kate was very pleasant and, at the same time, very professional. Her skill for drawing blood was much appreciated.

Wonderful experience this morning. Walked in at 8:05 am, blood draw complete and walked out by 8:20 am. Everyone was perfectly pleasant and helpful. Thank you to the entire team! If you walk in right under the Renaissance Women's Group sign, you have a shorter walk to the lab.

The front desk was so sweet. I only waited for maybe 2 minutes to be called to the back and then I saw Madison, who took my blood. She made it so easy! I’m terrified of needles, but she made sure I was comfortable. I barely even felt it!

I've been to several CPL's, with mixed experiences. Today was great. Even though I had to show my lab slip on my phone because my printer wasn't working, the employee was patient and upbeat. She was also the tech who did my blood draw. I am a tough stick with tiny veins that tend to roll. She took the time to carefully examine both my arms before she made an attempt, and she got it on the first try! She was wonderful. I wish i had asked her name so i could mention it here. Also the area was spacious and very clean, including the bathroom. I am a very satisfied customer.

There used to be two locations on Renfert and I always went to the other one, which was warm, friendly and very efficient, but I gather because of COVID there is now only this one. I didn't find it helpful or friendly and after the many wonderful experiences I've had with CPL was really upset by this one. I evidently committed a sin by telling them that I am a hard stick! No problem... they ignored the information. They were upset as I asked not to use my hand or the crook of my elbow as the veins don't cooperate. Instead of one of the older techs drawing my blood, they had the student do it. She got the needle in just fine, but when she when to remove it she poked the needle through the back of the vein which then caused a swelling an inch high! One of the older techs watching commented "that it was just a hematoma and would go back down". It took over two weeks to go down and hurt all that time, including the bone in my arm! I have never had that. I will use CPL again, but not this office!

Mixed review here. I have run medical offices in the past. If there are 4 employee behind the desk when a patient walks in and no one else is at the desk being helped, one of those employees should immediately greet the patient and check them in. That did not happen and I was told to take a seat and wait. Unacceptable as two of the employees were training the other two. The tech I had was fantastic, Julie or Judy I believe har name was. Drs Pelphrey, Price and Rainey would be rolling over in their graves if they knew.

This CPL is one of the best. I rarely have a wait if I don't show up during the busy early morning hours. When I have an appointment, I am seen promptly. Every employee has been supportive and polite. This is my CPL of choice for blood draws.

Last week my boyfriend and I both had our blood drawn for routine labs. We had two different lab techs. Since I don’t know their names, I’ll call them Tech1 (mine) and Tech2 (his).Tech2 did something incorrectly and one of my boyfriend’s vials was rejected by the lab. He had to go back for a redraw a few days later.Tech1 gave me the bruise you see in the photo. (The photo was taken five days after the draw.) Even with the supervisor’s help, Tech1 did something incorrectly, too, and the lab rejected one of my vials, as well. When I returned for my second draw, I asked for the “most skillful person” on the team but instead I got Tech2. I even asked him if he was the same person who botched my boyfriend’s draw and he denied it. Nevertheless, he tried and failed to draw my blood the second timeFinally, the supervisor came and drew my blood quickly and easily. However, I will say that all three of the experiences were painful — even the time when the supervisor drew my blood. In all, I had to be stabbed three times by three different people with pain during and after. I’d suggest trying a different location if you need to have blood drawn.
