Absolutely unacceptable experience
I went to this lab for routine blood work, but I will NEVER return and strongly advise others to avoid it. The only reason I went in the first place was because it was the nearest CPL lab to my house.
The nurse who drew my blood REEKED of cigarette smoke so strong I could smell it through her gloves. She touched every surface without changing her gloves or sanitizing properly before handling the needle, which is a huge red flag for basic hygiene.
When she inserted the needle, she hit the wrong spot, which caused me to bleed out the tube and feel dizzy. I’ve never had issues withdrawing blood before, but she had to stop the procedure halfway through. To make it worse, she left the blood sample vial of my blood sitting on top of the hospital bed(photo)completely unsupervised and without any sanitation measures in place.The second nurse (Hispanic) she was more caring, light hand and more polite, but too late I’m traumatized.
If you value your health, your safety, and basic human decency go somewhere else.

Billing is horrendous. Period. You literally can’t get them to accept your payment. I’ve tried over and over.

Wait time is pretty fast even without an appointment but the restroom is absolutely disgusting! I’m shocked that patients are expected to provide samples in such unsanitary conditions.

I took my husband who is 94 y/o for blood drawn this past Friday July 11. The phlebotomist assigned to him was an ACC student. We requested a certified phlebotomist
It's not acceptable to practice with an elderly, the same with children or people with high risk medical conditions. My husband veins sre fragile and needs an expert for the drawing, he gets IV infusions every other week. The technique utilized buy the staff phlebotomist

Walked in and got my labs done. Staff at the desk and the back were chill/fun/nice. Great experience will probs come to this location again

I come to this CPL quite often. It's fast, friendly, and efficient compared to other CPLs I've had to go to in the past.

Took my 5 month old baby to get his blood drawn and Patricia did an amazing job! My son dint even flinch. Everybody.was so polite and they called me to the back in less than 10 minutes as a walk in 10/10
