I’ve been to this location a few times. Even though it seems slow (waited about 30 minutes for my appointment), the staff is great and you can tell they enjoy working together. Christine was awesome and so friendly!

I could not be more impressed. This is the best CPL in town. The receptionists were professional, yet pleasant. I had an appointment and got right in. My phlebotomist (Angelique? - I’m terrible with names) was fabulous. I have tine veins but she was pro grade. I hate having my blood drawn, but this positive experience was barely a blip on my anxiety radar!

Front desk is rude and not helpful. First time there, asked front desk what to do, she told me to wait in line. It was another patient that told me I needed to check in on the computer myself.

Good experience at CPL - Southwest Medical Village. Angelica took good care of me. Even though it was late on a Friday she was efficient, energetic and personable.

Cpl at Eiger Lane, they are rude,each time i go they can not find my veins, today i was there, a woman come, i asked her if she has buttalfly neddles, she said no, than she squize my arm and made me to squeeze small ball in my hand also, and said dont move, she took long time to wear her gloves, than she could not found my veins, than she called her friend, and said ; bring in my purse a butterfly needles ,than without having my blood test, i leaved there. couple years ago this places workers were very nice, since they changed, all of the rude people works there, someone should go check with them?

I am so thankful to Bre and Andrea! Thank you both so much for being compassionate with someone Who is petrified to get blood drawn. Bre was so kind and helpful. Andrea drew my blood and it didn’t hurt a bit and she was very very compassionate and caring. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you so so much Bre and Andrea. I hope I didn’t spell your names wrong!
