The worst lab experience ever, including at this location. Signed in and sat for 40 min in a packed waiting room. Finally went to the window to inquire about when i would be called back and find out I'd been checked off the list. And they couldn't find my orders. Went back 4 or 5 days later and went to the room with phlebotomist. Suddenly she switches with another gum smacking one. No one has trouble with my veins but this one couldn't even aim straight. It was so painful. If I sound angry, I am. No excuse and a very sloppy operation.

Terrible customer service. Three admins and no acknowledgement. All I needed was confirmation that the clinic could do the test I required.

The lab itself is not bad. I was here couple times and everything seems to be smooth. Their billing department is something special. They send you a bill directly with notice “severe past due” and threatening it will have consequences. The don’t put on bill what they billing for, for which service and what date, just dollar amount and threatens. I never moved to another place and I check my mail box every day but All bills from them are coming this way. I never was late on payments in my life and receiving this type of communication is a bit frustrating. It is very unprofessional. I will not going to use their service anymore

This is the first CPL that I’ve gone to that’s actually good. Wait time was quick, and the phlebotomist Clarissa got my vein on the first stick. Additionally I love that she actually asked me if there’s a place they find my veins more easily so that I didn’t have to get stuck multiple times

Be prepared to wait Hours for a simple blood test. It seems that only one person works the rest just chatting in a room.

I made an appointment but couldn't use the appointment time because I didn't have my confirmation number. They said they were unable to look it up. This place is a joke

I have panic attacks when I get my blood drawn, so already coming into it with a less than ideal situation. I’ve been to several other labs prior to this that have been *horrible* repeatedly, so I just thought that was how it was.However, every experience here has been excellent. I still have my panic attacks, but the team is so sweet and understanding about it every time. They take a little extra time, talk time through things, and are just good people.Also, never had a bad draw or missed vein. Quick reports, with good details.Y’all are the best! Thank you for what you do!

The lab techs are super nice! Usually a very fast visit. Today however there was quite a wait. I was getting impatient. They never put in my new insurance since September which I don’t understand?! I had 1 visit in by august with that insurance and last 2 visits with new insurance. I’m just now getting a ton of past due notices which makes no sense I lived in early December and forwarded my address 2 weeks prior in November! I’m getting 3 months past due and collections notices! How does that make sense!? I did labs in august binder correct insurance then late October under wrong insurance and I’m getting bills fir that now I’m January as last due when I just got the first invoice! They were late in sending it! So now I will have a bad report on my credit report! No calls or anything prior! I called and emailed them my new insurance card(s) and updated my new address but I had to pay online to just get it over with and now they will owe me a credit!! Today I went again and provided them all my new info again in person just in case! Weird thing is I mentioned it to front desk and she wasLike oh that’s not us that’s a different department not even there in that office, but then she called me back to the front desk and asked for my ins card and current address etc even though I had offered it 5 minutes before! Ok whatevs!

Smoothest lab draw I’ve ever had! Just make an appointment online and you’ll be good. It was quiet and only a couple of other people waiting. I was in and out before my appointment time. Took less than 10 minutes from check in to blood draw. Highly recommend!

Eiger CPL Front staff is pleasant. Miranda and Yolanda were efficient with all intakes. Phlebotomist Trevor is calming and adaptive. There are not high hopes for tech/office manager ashley. She’s rude, condescending, loud and unsympathetic with her patients. ashley could be heard throughout the lab, reprimanding a senior citizen in pain. Luckily I was taken care of by other professionals ?You can comfort someone in duress. A patient should never be worse off because of an interaction with a “health care” provider. Mind your manner’s and respect your elders. Kindness goes along way.From now on I will go to the CPL on Brodie next to the Randall’s. It is less convenient but staff is nice and not demeaning. Eiger CPL has potential. Needs a moral and encouraging leader to motivate good service.Thank you Miranda,Yolanda and Trevor.Y’all made me feel safe. Keep up the hard work! You guys are awesome ?

We used this location on Eiger several times and the employees are always helpful fast and explained everything we needed to know. It seems to always be busy due to its location next to allot of medical offices. Check in is fast and efficient and very little wait time. Great place for your medical needs.

Had a great experience today. I could tell they were probably a bit understaffed as everything is right now. Everyone was so friendly and tried to move people as fast as they could. I'm sure the constantly get complaints and frustration when they are in the same boat as pretty much all medical offices right now so I think its important people realize that this is the way it is, hopefully not forever but at least for the time being and that everyone needs to be treated with some grace.

Make an appointment and you’re golden! They are SO kind and efficient. I was in and out within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Make sure your provider sends your labs electronically or you have them with you but it’s a great spot!

There is no warning about over hour long waits. There isn’t sufficient seating for these long waits so you’ll have to stand for a while. The front desk staff says sorry for the wait but that doesn’t really make a difference.
