So far, I’ve purchased cat back exhaust, front and rear sway bars and end links, rear subframe brace, and most recently an access port. Cobb service has always been an example for others to follow. The parts are first rate and go on exactly as designed. Their voice to voice service is even better. Of the few questions I have had to directly contact them about, the representative is immediately helpful, and genuinely seems to enjoy their job. I have the theory that you should buy all engine mods from the same manufacturer, so I am looking forward to buying the intake box and a few other components from Cobb. Keep up the good work.

Customer support was very helpful an quick to respond.
Was able to figure out the missing screws for a part on the car aswell as some new parts.
Also assisted with getting my access port updated to my current car.

I have purchased several parts from Cobb Tuning and they have been nothing short of perfect. My most recent buy was the Cobb Flex Fuel kit and every component was rock solid in its composition. The kit went in without a hitch and works perfectly in my 2024 Subaru WRX. The best part is now I save money on performance race fuel thanks to Cobb! If you are somewhat of a decent backyard mechanic, you can install it just as I did.. Another great buy from Cobb Tuning!

I’ve been working with this business for the past 10 years or so and it’s been nothing but good service. They respond quickly to invoices and questions. They are always willing to work with their customers on any issues they may have. I’ve had nothing but good experiences doing business with them. Id like to note that the SF Intake is the best you can get, I run it on both of my Subarus.

Edit: After speaking with Matt, I am changing my review. They still need to fix their system, but I was provided a very reasonable explanation. He was quick to explain, apologize, and make it right.
The customer service is very hit or miss, and at times, nonexistent. I bought some Eibach springs and then canceled the order; they confirmed and refunded. A week later, the springs show up. I hold on to them, knowing I will need to send them back. A couple weeks of me forgetting they are in my shop and I'm contacted by Cobb about returning them. I agree (they are unopened) and they say they will send me return postage info.
The following day, I think Sep 29, I'm randomly charged for them again, with no warning, and no contact from customer service. I email...email again...call...email again...over a week goes by with no response. Finally I get the postage and drop it off on Nov 20th. I also provide tracking...no response.
I remembered it today and checked my account...NO REFUND. The package was delivered 14 days ago and I have not received that, or even a single response to my emails, dating back to Nov 19. Today is Dec 5th and I'm still waiting on a response and a refund. I hate this, because they are a local business (I'm in Texas too), but once I get my money back, I will not be doing business with Cobb again.

Amazing customer support, I had an accessport that I broke the LCD screen all the way back in 2018, that at the time, I was in the process of mailing it off to cobb when I blew the motor in my car, fast-forwarding to now, after many hours and money spent getting a new motor and getting it installed, my mazdaspeed3 is running again and I needed to get the accessport fixed, I opened a ticket and came to find out I lived 20 minutes away, I called and asked if I could just come and drop it off in person, they told me I could... I swung by the next day and told the girl that helped me the situation, she asked me for my ticket number and took my accessport to the back, 10 minutes later she returned with a brand new accessport, free of charge and a new cable to boot (my old one was missing the side pins) I was honestly blown away, Thank you so much for the help, COBB is top tier and deserves all the praise they get!

They totally took care of the problem with Ford doing an over the air update, blocking my access port from connecting. All is good. It n8ce to have a company with great customer service
