"If you want to spend your entire lunch break making a simple deposit, come to Comerica!" I recently opened an account with Comerica and had some money orders to deposit. After figuring out how the heck to get into their parking garage (I called first and they didn't tell me it was going to be confusing), I made it to their lobby. I was standing there for 30-45 minutes. I have no idea what they were doing, but there was lots of typing involved and lots of walking back and forth to the manager's office. It's a new account, sure, but this is just inefficient banking. This is a 2 minute transaction, or maybe 5-10 minutes on a bad day. I have never stood in a bank for 30-45 minutes without being in line for most of that time. I'll give them another shot, but if it's this slow, I'll be banking elsewhere.

I have been using Comerica for my business for 5 years now. 5 years ago I had a great rep that pretty much took care of all my business banking needs and I used to think very highly of Comerica. He moved onto a different bank last year (Frost bank). When he left I soon realized that it was not so much Comerica that was amazing it was him. This became very apperat when Covid 19 hit and my business was on a govt mandate to close. Not only would Comerica not work with me on paying my bank loan they within 4 weeks went after me with lawyers. It become very clear they are not about helping or working with their clients / customers but more about presuming legal action in the face of a pandemic. I am currently looking at moving my loans and banking away from them.

EACH CHECK WAS MADE NO LESS THEN 1000.00 DOLLARS AS THEY TAKEN MOST OF THE PEOPLES TO CASH THESE PAYROLL CHECKS PRINTED IN THEIR NAMES AT THE ARCH AND SALVATION ARMY HOMELESS SHELTERS 500 EAST 7TH STREET AUSTIN, TEXAS 78701. NATALIE ABRAM STATED THAT SHE CASHED 10, 000.00 IN CHECKS WHILE AT THE ARCH THAT WAS MADE OUT TO HER. NATALIE ABRAM USED THIS ADDRESS 2201 EAST 17TH STREET AUSTIN, TEXAS 78702 ON HER TEXAS STATE ISSUDED ID TO CASH THESE PAYROLL CHECKS OVER 10.000.00 DOLLARS ALONG WITH OTHER CLIENTS AT THE FRONT STEP ORG. AND SALVATION ARMY ON MARCH 21ST 2015 DURING SXSW. VANS WERE BEING LOADED WITH THE CLIENTS OUTSIDE THE ARCH AND SALVATION ARMY ALONG RED RIVER ST. HERE IN AUSTIN, TEXAS 78701.

as a tenant at 300 w. 6th, they keep this building freezing year round and it makes people sick. they can't seem to balance the hvac to make all of their tenants happy and healthy. it's an ongoing issue.

Great bank. Roberto and Mischele went out of their way to help me. Whoever posted that this is a Compass bank, that is incorrect. Comerica is located on the 22nd floor.
