This was the most quick and efficient visit I’ve had to any clinic. Arrived, got checked in and examined in 30 minutes. Online checking was very smooth and attending nurses were great!

My experience here was very satisfying.The girl in front Gabriella is very helpful, friendly and patient along with Stephanie the nurse who attended me. Dr .Knaus was friendly and professional like the other 2 ladies, although she didn't spend much time evaluating my knee injury , which she is the one who ultimately would have more knowledge and assist me the most and give me the best advice on caring for my injury.

All of the staff is extremely sweet and extremely welcoming! I was assisted in a very timely manner, and felt completely taken care of with the assistance that I needed! The area is very clean too, everything is top notch!

everyone was friendly, the wait time was just a little insane. i waited almost 4 hours for a physical and a urine test and there were only 4 other people there through those entire 4 hours.

Very unorganized establishment. Horrible customer service from all staff members. They need to update their paperwork. Don't recommend. Take your business elsewhere I see why my coworker stopped working here.

As a travel nurse, every new contract comes with a new physical, N95 fit test and drug test. I am always pleased when this location is selected by the hospital. Everything you need can be done at this location including any vaccines and tv testing when required. They are great about letting you know how long your wait will be and how long the process will take once you are in.

Came here for a pre-employment drug test. Waited for 15 minutes at the front desk before being acknowledged. Then they told me it would be at least 45 minutes until they could take me. So I went to the other location off S IH-35, they got me in quickly and said the results would be delivered in 20 minutes directly to the employer. Instead I waited a full week without hearing anything just to find out they lost my sample. Complete waste of time.

My son went yesterday and knew he had strep coming on because he gets a couple of times a year. Mind you we are visiting we are from VA. The Dr would not give him a antibiotic!!!- We got back to hotel and his ear was actually bleeding!! They did nothing for him and charged him $100 bucks

Always have to wait. Took 3.5 hours from start to finish. I had to go to Concentra, as my employer contracts with them.

The Staff was friendly and accommodating. Luckily I was the only patient when I went in for my pre employment drug screen.Process was quick, painless, and non intrusive. If your job makes you do one and you have anxiety about it, definitely visit these guys they are great.

Disheveled atmosphere, rude staff. My friend went in and asked if they could treat a torn muscle, was told yes. I walked (painfully) in, was refused a crutch or and help. They had me fill out paperwork, then told me to go to the ER. Do not recommend getting care here.

Medical staff was very helpful and very courteous. I was in and out in no time. I was not in any rush. But getting done quickly made things much better. Thank you for all your help even through the sign in.

Took my paperwork and they knew what to do. I went in for immunizations as a requirement for a job. I didn't wait too long. The people were polite and professional. The immunizations were given with a high degree of professionalism. High praise to the staff at Concentra!
