The facility was great. The check-in process could have been a lot better. They could have done what every other Urgent Care do, sent you the link the day prior. Unnecessary long wait time for something that should have taken two hours the most, took over four. An hour and a half just to see the doctor.

Came in for a drug test and the manager Jennifer was very unprofessional. I had a barcode on my phone and she refused to look at it to check me in. She then stated I couldn't be found in the system and told me I was at the wrong location. After opening up the test information, I indeed at the right location and the other employee was able to find me. Please train your management better and how to approach customers. Not only was she very petty and immature, she also did not apologize for her behavior.
