Staff Very friendly....wait was about an hour....lots of ppl before me....but once called was treated with respect and staff very patient with me being hearing impaired

I only gave 2 stars because Alex and I hope I’m getting his name right helped til he couldn’t help anymore. When I arrived I was told it would be a 1.5 to 2 hr wait and I asked how and they closed at 5?! Then it took about ten minutes after arrival for me to get my check in stuff by phone. After that it took maybe another ten minutes for me to be called back. Alex was very polite he checked all the boxes and was very informative. Monday must have been Monday’n for the doctor and X-ray tech. The doctor came in for maybe 1 minute poked my knee and left. Then X-ray came in. After getting X-rays the doc came back in gave his thoughts and said I would be going home with a brace, ice pack and pain rub. The X-ray tech came back in with the brace and was shocked that I had put my scrub pants back on. I told him it would have to go over my pants because I wear scrubs daily. He looked confused as to how it was supposed to go on. I told him I would figure it out cause I already had been rushed through the whole process already. I exited the building got to my car tried to put the brace on. The brace was too little. I wasn’t at my car long. I knocked on the door the lady let me in. I told her the brace was too little. Alex then came to assist. He said the doc and tech had already left. I wasn’t at my car for 2 minutes! Alex tried to get that brace to work. He even went and got a different brace. I was there until 1830 just from Alex taking the time to try different methods for the brace. I was told by a woman physician that she would check the north location but never heard anything back. Received a call the next day and was asked are you sure someone called you?! Then I asked about my X-ray results was told the male doc who attended me would call. Called back close to 5 because I hadn’t received a call. Was told by Lupe that the doc left early and he would email me my results. I still haven’t gotten a call. I missed my f/u because lack of communication. Idk if that was just a bad day for them but I really hope that’s not how people are treated on a daily basis.

Received the best care and treatment from my first day to my last day. Fine staff- front desk,medical assistants,nurses,doctors,specialists, physical therapists.

Front desk attendance was very rude.no name batch, The only name I saw was Jennifer on her neck chain.Both ladies at front desk we’re notProfessional at all.Rest of the experience @ this urgent care clinic was ok

They stop taking walk-ins around an hour before they close. This info is nowhere on their website. Very frustrating to be turned away from this clinic during their normal business hours.

Absolutely the best Concentra Urgent Care by far. The ladys up front were amazing they were helpful, and knowledgeable.

I went to Austin TX on vacation and ended up sick. I pulled into this Concentra Urgent Care to be seen on Fri at 4:59pm on 12-30.The manager was able to catch the Dr so he could see me, diagnosed and treat me within 30 mins. Thank you so much again for staying a little longer to help make a difference with my trip. They went up and beyond!

The service was great by the staffs and the Dr. I was there just for physicals to start a new job .After getting assignment a room I waited 1hours and 15 minutes, total of 3 hours waiting time. I missed one other of my appointment I had that morning . If it wasn’t the waiting time I could have gave 5 stars.
