Nope. Just no. Not the place to shop. Waited over a month for a delivery that never came. No heads up or anything. They changed the delivery three times. The whole experience just very stressful and frustrating.

Walked in not even greeted walked around for about 20 minutes to see if someone was gonna come over nor the dude or the big girl sitting in the couch looked at us.was planning in purchasing a couch set then have. They should just close down the place

I truly never really go online and share reviews, but I am truly going out of the way with this one in HOPES that someone in management or ceo's etc take it in notice and improve in the Micro so customer service be better. I had the worse experience with my purchase, Its my 1st time using Conns, I've also done Home Depot for appliances. Ordering was fine and easy, but calling customer service, them being helpful and understanding the situation, putting me on hold for over an hour every time, getting confused, cancelling the order with delivery company. it took me 3 weeks to receive my full order, keep this in mind online it say "NEXT DAY" delivery, 3 weeks says a lot about how hey resolved my challenge, i had to make my purchase 3 different times because they kept cancelling my order. I have much more to say, but again hopefully training and customer service is worked on, especially as company gets bigger. just incase i made this order online. I will finish off saying that my last attempt to purchase the order I had ASKED TO speak and wait for a manager ONLY to call me, if not I don't think I would of received my full purchase up until today, she was the most helpful.

I’m not one to shop at a credit store if I’m not sure that I can afford what I’m purchasing, but I decided I needed a new bed as my old one was starting to hurt my back, after setting aside a day to do my business with them I found that although it was a very long experience it was quite informative.The salesperson I got (Catherine) was very informed on all the different mattresses they had but did let me know that depending on my choice it may not be currently available with supply chain issues which is understandable.After finding a suitable bed to my liking we then proceeded to fill out paperwork for financing on her iPad and informed me that some financing did do a hard credit search and asked me if I was in the process of financing anything else like a house or car.The rest of the transaction was fairly amicable, but it looked like they were relatively short staffed as they had to take care of several customers at once.After what was about a couple hours I left with a mattress I am thoroughly enjoying and a changed view on credit stores.I honestly wish I could give more stars as the team there was very diligent in maintaining cohesion when it seemed very chaotic.

I would give 0 stars if I could- I am appalled at my family and I’s experience tonight. The moment we walked in the store all staff were sitting on couches screaming across the store “welcome to conns”, we then was greeted my a lady and I was talking to my grandmother and she said “okay, do I need to be here for this part” and proceeded to walk away. I immediately asked for the general managers information and she chuckled and eventually gave it to me on a scratch paper. The manager on shift acted d*** founded when I reported such issue. I asked if he could help us and he began and after 5 hours in the store with a ticket at 6k they failed at every turn down to lying about free delivery or free 36 month no interest financing- we walked out with nothing but wasted time. We were treated horribly. They helped several people while we waited until they found sku numbers or furniture locations. They continued to brush us off- I am floored by this and will be reaching out to corporate and expecting a follow up. Horrible service and the manager knew nothing but was speaking to us as if he did and everything he told us was wrong.

I purchased pillows here after researching what was available locally, and I’m so glad I did!I walked in shortly before closing prepared for the frustration that typically accompanies shopping in big box stores.My stresses were immediately relieved by the patience + expertise of this store’s manager, McCarthy. I appreciated that he knew exactly what I was looking for and was more than accommodating in helping me find it.Will certainly be back - thanks!

Came in to see if this place sold vacuums and ended up getting a good deal on a tv. I was persuaded by the salesman to use the 12 months interest free financing to buy the tv. I thought why not. Alternatively I could have simply paid cash or put it on my credit card and pay it off next month but I gave them a shot. Not only did they do a hard credit check without my permission, they tried to sneak $100s of dollars in fees and interest into the deal. $100 processing fee, $71 dollar renters fee, and the APR was 41%. The sales team tried to tell me it’s only if you don’t pay it off in a year but at that point I did not trust them anymore. They did not disclose any of the above to me. If I hadn’t looked thru the documents I wouldn’t have seen them. Buyer beware, conns is a con.
