Salesperson was practically begging for money!But it took forever!!! We were there for close to 3 hours.and after our purchase, the billing department called us relentlessly!!!! Like 2 days prior to the due date. They called 19 times in one day! I always pay my bills! But these people are vultures!!! The refrigerator we purchased has been nothing but a headache. Needy, weird employees and cheap appliances.

To begin with, terrible customer service, the employees are very rude and despotic. I would never return to that place in my life. I paid in cash and they were going to attract me some mattresses and they did not arrive. I asked for a refund and now they are going to take a while to return my money, very bad ?

I bought a few items online, received everything but two art pieces for my wall. I never received the two items and called to report it because when the delivery came to drop off my item’s delivery drive said both my art pieces are broken and that he would return them that was in September. Fast forward to 02/11 I’m still being charged for the two items I don’t have, but guess what since I’m giving my credit, if I don’t pay it it will go on my Credit. I get calls every other day saying how they are sorry for the inconvenience blah blah, after I finish my payment, I will never do business with them again. I encourage everyone to do the same.. Crooks..!

Oh, where do I start with my epic saga at Conn’s Home Plus? Picture this: I buy a fabulous sectional couch, expecting it to magically appear in my living room on Tuesday, between the very specific window of 4:15 pm and 7:15 pm. Conn’s even called me the day before, like a first date confirming they’ll show up. So, what do I do? I toss out my old couch, because obviously, I’m about to upgrade my living situation.Fast forward to D-Day. I leave work early, buzzing with excitement, only to have a nagging suspicion prompt me to call Conn’s. Lo and behold, my couch delivery has ghosted me. Vanished. Canceled. And Conn’s? They didn’t even have the courtesy to break up with me over text. There I was, left to my own devices, sitting on lawn chairs in the vast emptiness of my living room.I tell Conn’s it’s not them, it’s me, and I cancel the order. Who knew furniture shopping could feel like a bad relationship? Now, I’m issuing a PSA: If you’re venturing into the wild with Conn’s Home Plus, may the odds be ever in your favor. You might need more than luck—perhaps a magic wand or a genie. As for me, I’m off to find my furniture bliss elsewhere. Conn’s, it’s definitely you. Do better, be better, and maybe, just maybe, remember to call if you’re standing someone up.
