Literally the worst body shop experience I've ever had. My car is still giving me issues months after getting it back.
I had to take it to the dealership and to learn they put in a faulty headlight which has stopped working many times and my car has also stopped working in at stoplights which I had to get it taken in for. They've also stopped responding to me at this point and also had my car for more than 5 weeks which is the max time I was quoted for any body shop.
There were also so many little things wrong but not having my car work properly and ghosting me after charging my insurance company over $17k has to be the worst.

Best body shop I’ve ever been to. The quality of workmanship and professionalism is excellent. I will always do business with them.

Went in w Geico $500. estimate(I had already emailed them)and their Only interest was to pressure me to take in my vehicle and agree to be responsible for 5,500. In additional fees that Geico wouldn't approve instead of following normal Protocol to do a free estimate as advertised, I begged and pleaded and Finally got my free $5,591.89 preliminary estimate. They said they couldn't give a full estimate till I agreed to sign in the vehicle/and be responsible for the 5,500 plus expenses Geico didn't approve and leave the vehicle w them and dissassemble, which was just a Ploy because All damages were clearly visible by simply opening the door. Felt Tricked when they said they worked w Geico. They did Not disclose the fact that All that meant was they would accept the 513.48 from Geico but leave me on the Hook for the additional 5,000.00 plus.Nor were they willing to reach out to my Geico adjuster to justify the 5,000. Difference/supplement. Clearly not very honest and I found Very deceptive.
Happy travels and God bless

Highly recommended! From the time we dropped our car off, we had a stellar experience. Everyone at reception was caring and friendly. When we checked in, we met our Continental Collision customer care rep, Phillip R. He worked with our insurance company. He arranged for a rental car to pick us up. Besides the perfect body work, Phillip - and his commitment to quality, plus his ability to communicate effectively, made this the best experience I’ve ever had with a body shop. Every day our car was in the shop, Phillip kept us updated. When a vendor sent the wrong part - which delayed the repairs - he stayed on top of it. He made sure we didn’t have to extend the rental car. Beautiful work and beyond excellent customer care. I highly recommend Continental Collision.

Our experience was an exasperating farrago of distortions, misinterpretations and outright robbery by these unscrupulous scam artists. A friend took her car which passed Honda’s multi-point inspection cleanly for a minor dent repair. They kept the car for a couple of weeks and then declared it a total loss to the insurance. Be prepared to bid adieu to your ride once you step foot here.

The experience was nothing short of perfect.
Starting with choosing them: When looking for a collision center, I saw that they are the only Honda-certified shop in Austin. Every time I would call to ask about how the process works, they were really helpful and nice and explained what Honda-certified meant, and that they would use OEM parts. I was worried since they weren't on my insurance's list, but they reassured me that that wouldn't cause any issues and that they've worked with my insurance.
I was able to schedule a time to drop off my car that worked for me, and the whole process up until this point was very new to me, but Kelsey (the employee working on my case) was extremely helpful and would call me to answer any questions and would respond promptly.
I had no issues getting to and from the rental car facility that they partner with.
I forgot my badge in my car and realized that while it was being repaired, so I called and they were really accommodating and let me come at any time to come and get it.
They did all the hard work of going back and forth with the insurance, and when I got the bill, it was all OEM parts, with $0 from me, which was great to see. I have a really new car so I really wanted the repair to be OEM parts.
Throughout the process, Kelsey gave me many updates and was extremely helpful.
And there was the added bonus of them cleaning my car inside/out, even though I brought it in pretty dirty.
Hopefully I don't have another accident, but if I do, I'm definitely going with Continental.

Mine is similar to Isha's one-star review. This sounds like a pattern with them. My car was hit while parked - not a moving accident. As picture shows, it was a "fender bender." Went to Continental for a second estimate to give the responsible party, as Infinit recommended. Our first estimate was $4,000. Here, it was over $15,000, or to total the car. For us to get our car back, we had to pay storage fees for 13 days and pay to "reassemble" car, to a cost of $2600. (They took so long for the estimate, racking up storage fees daily.) We took car back to original estimate in Round Rock and it cost $5300 to fix the car, after adding the damage they did to it. Crash Collision was the best! Plus, warrantied their work. I highly recommend going anywhere than here. They will respond with some gobbledygook answer about their professionalism, great work, etc. - but just beware. I would never bother reviewing a place unless I deemed it rather "shady."

Do not bring your car here. I had a right passenger door dent + slight dent in the underbody (which wasn't effecting functionality at all) + a SCRAPE on my right rear alloy wheel cover. It was a hit and run in a parking lot (yet this body shop claimed "significant structural damage"). It was majorly a cosmetic damage and yet the estimate by this body shop was made at an unreasonable $29K. Because of this crazy estimate my car was declared a total loss.
They will charge so much just because they have the Honda Certified tag. You might just end up losing your car like me.
I had gotten full body scans and multiple point inspection done by Honda just before giving the car to this body shop. Even Honda service pointed that it is an repairable damage and they did not point out any suspension damage.
Hopefully you can save your car from being unnecessarily declared total loss.

Any time I have car repairs to be made, I make sure I take it to Continental Collision. Mark is my Advisor and he is always professional, keeps me informed of the status of the car repairs, and never minds my 101 questions. And I'm never disappointed when I get my car back. It looks like it's just been driven off the show room floor. The ladies in the front (sorry don't know your names) are always so helpful and friendly also!!!!!!
You just can't go wrong with Continental Collision!

After a huge tree limb fell on my car and dented the hood, I took my car to Continental Collision for repair. My experience there was extremely positive! The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and my service representative, Phillip Rodriguez, was incredible and kind! He went the extra mile to explain the insurance process and the repairs to me, and also did his best to see that the repairs were done in a timely manner. The repair work that they did was beautiful; everything looked brand new! I highly recommend Continental Collision.

TY Daniel Herrman, you & your team are pretty awesome. Gladd Subaru Austin referred us to you, re 'a lab truck backing up into us', damaging the Forrester that was originally under your care, before we bought the vehicle from AS on Burnet Rd. Just want you to know we appreciate you & your team. Gladd you're in network with USAA. Cool team, especially the young lady at the front desk with all the Pride Tats!!!🙏🌈🦄I hope you can replace the hood or at least make it look brand new. This car was bought indirectly from Continental (after we were T-Boned in another car hit by another Austin Driver), y'all did all the work on the car before we bought it from A.S. Thanks again!!
