We have been living here in your apartment community for around 10 years so it is a good place to live...
The only bad thing lately is the renewal of stickers due to constantly changing tow trucks. I think they should do a sticker only for the property since this affects many of the tenants who live here with you. (ATX TOWING) is doing a terrible job, still taking cars. Having said stiker and taking the cars quickly damages their internal parts and you can see the quality of work from the comments on the (ATX TOWING) page.

So last Saturday, I came here looking for a place to stay. I had all my information the office representative had her maintenance people, her friends all in the office while discussing our business out loud with no disregard for our feelings until she couldn’t even have a professional conversation with us because they were so loud in the office and then on top of that we have not heard nothing back yet and we have spent our money on the admin fee and the application fee so please if you are black going on to this place do not go we called yesterday and they hang up on us call tried to call them back no answer. We haven’t heard nothing right back so I will be requesting my money back , it’s been a week and nothing no email no call and when we did call spoke to someone was suppose to be sending a email with a status she hungup and we called right back three times no answer this is real sad and they claiming they sent email I never got or my boyfriend they will take your money and not give your status on your application their thieves don’t come here if your black they feel like they don’t have to communicate with you because supposedly they sent the email. This is not my first rental company I do. I was with Jwc for seven years and never got treated like this OK copper mill you might need to google that company because they was voted the best in Killeen for almost 10+ years, I never got treated like this and they never had any complaint with me and before that I was with another rental company that I was with for two years and never had a complaint application process went beautiful. I don’t know what happened with these people, but North Lamar is full of Spanish people and they don’t want us there and I’m from New York City so I know a lot better and I know better I come from better please that’s not how you handle business and I posted it everywhere

I take the time to comment on the following, this is my fourth year in the community and if it is true, a couple of months ago I was about to leave due to the bad environment and not because of the management and administration, but because of the tenants. and those who came to create disorder and did not live here. Since the security company began to be here more often and the administration removed people who did not follow the rules, I want to say that the environment has improved a lot. Apart from maintaining it is good, I have not had any problems and their service is excellent. The community is kept clean and they do their best to make those who live here comfortable.

The service of the apartments is good, they serve well, we are comfortable. I want to thank maintenance for their daily work and for helping us keep the property clean, thank you for helping me fix my electricity problem.

I loved this property, there is an excellent maintenance service, I lived here for more than 3 years, due to the economic situation I had to move but I was very comfortable, everything was quiet and despite living in a very busy area, I was happy and never had any problems . The office always has excellent service. Live in peace, thank you again

MY EXPERIENCE LIVING IN THESE APARTMENTS HAS NOT BEEN AT ALL GOOD, THE REASON IS BECAUSE THE CRANE TAKES THE CARS HERE EVERY TIME AND MY CAR HAS BEEN TAKEN MORE THAN 5 TIMES EVEN THOUGH I HAVE THE STICKER THEY GIVE YOU HERE IN THE
DEPARTMENTS AND NOW THEY HAVE TAKEN IT ONE MORE TIME AND THE REASON THEY TOLD ME IN THE OFFICE IS THAT BECAUSE IT IS A NEW STATE LAW
AND THAT ONLY APPLIES TO THOSE WHO LIVE IN THE APARTMENTS AND THAT IS VERY UNFAIR!!!!!!!!! 😡THEY DON'T WORRY
YOUR SAME PEOPLE ISPANA PEOPLE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LOOK FOR A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE.😡

This whole property smells like trash. The breezeways smell like trash. There is trash on the fence lines. There is trash behind the fences, by the fences, under the fences, over the fences. People's patios smell like trash. I don't blame it all on the property either. Their residents are disgusting. Empty Beer bottles are all over place. This place is complete garbageEdit: hey owner. You might also want to fix your loose and wobbly stairs. You wouldn't want to catch a lawsuit from someone falling and breaking their skull
