I strongly advise anyone considering moving to Coppertree Apartments to look elsewhere. My experience here has been nothing short of disappointing. The management and the administration fail to prioritize the well-being of the tenants. They are unresponsive and unwilling to take responsibility for issues that arise.
The property itself is poorly maintained, with facilities that are either outdated or in constant disrepair. The gym is a joke, and the pool is often "under maintenance," leaving residents with little to no access to amenities. Additionally, the parking situation is problematic, as there is not enough space for residents, creating unnecessary inconvenience.
The neighborhood itself also lacks safety, which is a major concern. Overall, Coppertree Apartments is not worth your time or money. The management and living conditions are subpar, and I regret ever deciding to live here.
Review in Spanish:
I strongly discourage anyone considering moving to Coppertree Apartments from looking for any other option. My experience here has been extremely disappointing. The administration does not care about the well-being of the tenants. They are insensitive, unresponsive to problems, and do not take responsibility for them.
The place is poorly maintained, with facilities that are outdated or under constant repair. The gym is a joke, and the pool is always "under maintenance" so residents rarely get to enjoy the facilities. Furthermore, the parking situation is a problem as there is not enough space for residents, causing unnecessary inconvenience.
The area is also not safe, which is a major concern.
In short, Coppertree Apartments are not worth your time or money. The management and living conditions are poor, and I deeply regret choosing to live here.

If you are looking for a cheap place with a great location these apartmets are great. Management was great an never had a problem with them until I moved out. I lived there for for four years and it worked for me as I was out of town most of the time. But if you want to move there be ready for.......
1.-Neighbors leaving their trash and broken fitness equiment out your door for months.
2.- Washing machines are always broken and when they work the card machine to load money is broken. So you have to go and charge your card to another buiding complex 2 blocks away.
3.- Never leave your cloths unatended for a single minute or you cloths will be stolen. YES, THE WHOLE LOAD OF LAUNDY STOLEN. It did happened to me. So I just started doing my laundry somewhere else.
4.- Making a payment online will cost you an EXTRA $15!!! like they were Ticketmaster. So get your check book out (who uses checks now?!!!) or wait in line at a convinience store to pay your rent and waste your time there.
5.-The parking is horrible. There is not enough parkig and if you get there late at night you will have to park on the street where cars get vandalised. Theres a lot of wholes which they are trying to patch out, but still parking is horrible.
6.-As other reviwes say, they tow your car if you park too close to a line. Paking is not very well marked and in some areas the parking spots are extremely narrow you cant get in/out from your car. So for that reason I got my car towed.
7.- Homeless wondering the parkig at night and breaking and stealing the mail boxes. Yes, mail was stolen several times.
8.- They dont give maintance to the pool so you cant use it.Travis County closed it for over a year for it unsanitary conditions.
9.-When I moved in the carpet was already old, stanined and dirty. I cleaned it as much as I could. I even asked them to send some cleaners or replace it but they told me they could not do it unless they apartment was vacant. So now that I moved out they are charging me a ridiculus amount for a carpert that was already old and that is considered wear and tear. That carpet was who knows how old.
10.- When I tried to moved out they would not returned the calls or provide my information to the new place I was aplying for, suspicius. I had to go and request all my info in person. I was a really good tenant and always pay on time, sometimes even ahead of time.
11.-The maintance got a lot better. Whenever I requested something they would fix it pretty quickly most of the time, thank you. Just after they took FOUR MONTHS to replace a broken, smelly dishwahser (email attached).
12.- When I turned in the keys they told me everyhing was good and nothing else was needed. They didnt want to walk throught the app. with me and I know dumb me I trusted them. Now they are charging me for everything they can. Sad.
Hopefully this review help the next tenant this company just make it more fair.

I loved these apartments, the girls' service was very good, you call and it takes them a day or two to come, but they come and repair everything quickly, I highly recommend them, unfortunately there was no 1 bedroom available That's why I didn't continue renting with them. But I highly recommend them ✨

The apartments are very old and take a long time to come for maintenance. I had to fix the shower because they never came.

Do not rent here because they do not offer early termination. If you hate it, you'll be on the hook for the remaining months of rent and utilities. The manager Ivan also doesn't care about the unbearable noise issues, or your legal right to quiet enjoyment. I am using tx legal to see if any options available. But save yourself the aggravation and just don't move here.

Middle-aged rental apartment unit with one or two bedrooms that has a good location because it is a few minutes from the center in an area with a lot of nature, it has a small lake right in the center and has a community pool,

First, this is the worst ran apartment I’ve ever lived in. There’s garbage everywhere, broken glass, people come and dump their couches and beds by our garbage and it sits there for weeks. There’s roaches, the laundry room is always dirty, and the washers and driers are a gamble as to which ones work. Also, and this is the best part, the pool is green. I’ve been here two years and the pool has been open maybe twice. Now, it’s just a pool full of green, disgusting water. There’s a health department sign on the gate in case you couldn’t tell it’s unswimable. I’m just waiting for my lease to be up to leave but hopefully this will help someone find a better apartment. Also, the parking is awful and you might get toed. If all this is what you’re looking for then look no further.

Do not waste your money and time… I am here to back up my sister as a witness to one of the worst apartments I have ever experienced. It seems nice and cute with the little pond in the back, but go inside to a nightmare. She had a roach infestation that was not taken care of at all, and lost hundreds of dollars worth of furniture.. those things will get in every crack and crevice they can find. It was a horrible experience for her and she got no money back from any of the damages at all. Her sweet neighbors had roaches all over the place as well. They are everywhere. This was a huge waste of time and money and after what I saw would definitely advise against signing a lease here.

Would really love to be able to use the pool, the water has been neglected for what looks to be over a year. Out of desperation children have been playing in it which is an absolute hazard to those poor babies and I don’t blame them for wanting to play in the pool! I don’t expect it will be resolved but I thought It was fair to share with people looking for apartments this summer to know that the pool is not actually included in what you’re already overpaying for rent.

It's an older community with a smaller staff, but they are making some good upgrades. Maintenance hasn't really been an issue. Every once in a while, you have to jump in and fix something yourself, but for the price, you can't beat it. We made a few updates ourselves, and the kitchen is a little old, but they just re-did the bathroom which was great. We've had a few issues with towing, but that's the towing company's fault more than anything.Nice park area for walking dogs and seeing the ducks. Volleyball, a couple pools, and close to downtown/stuff to do.Aside from just some older appliances and fixtures, it's not a bad place to be.There is a downside to parking in that they sell off the parking spots for like an extra $75/mo. It's not a bad idea to keep rent down, but makes it inconvenient if you don't want to spend the extra money. The parking spaces are also intended for compact cars, so there are often double-parkers or people over the line.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! 0 STARS-Water is constantly turned off WITHOUT WARNING. Iv'e had it shut off on me in the middle of my shower, which made me very late to work.-They changed our mailbox key and didn't bother to inform us. When my boyfriend asked the office manager about them changing out the key he was unaware of it.-Since covid they don't accept packages due to it being a high risk, yet I went in to pay rent and the employees were not wearing a mask.-My car has been towed TWICE. The first time, the paint on the ground was hardly visible. The reserved spots were spray panted in bright yellow and that spot I parked in was extremely faded. I sent pics to the manager, and he said there was nothing he could do. Now they have reserved signs sticking out of the ground, yet my car still some how got towed because someone tampered with it. Im always extra carful when it comes to parking especially since my car had been towed before. I talked to the towing company and they told me what spot they towed it from, I went to look and the reserved post had been completely turned sideways and tampered with. NOT COOL!!-Sewage constantly spills out onto the grass and all over the parking lot (I have lost count how many times this has happened). Toilet paper and human feces pile up on the grass. The sewage water runs through the parking lot making it unavoidable to step in. HUGE RED FLAG!-The ac system breaks EVERY SUMMER.-Large groups of men hangout in the parking lot playing very loud music, leaving trash and broken beer bottles on the ground. They get blatantly drunk and rowdy making it very uncomfortable to walk to and from my car.I CANT WAIT TO MOVE OUT.
